Last I checked on Chyna, she's doing very good and has stepped fully away from porn. You can see what she's up to on Youtube as she vlogs very often about being a vegan/living healthy and that teaching job she has in Japan right now. www.youtube.com/channel/UCl3UAzDmhBN2N_eCd1GEJmA

Rude I think is they don't typically like to put in guys who scream died young because of roids.

You have to figure Muhammad Ali turned them down for health reasons or he just didn't care enough. There's no reason for WWE to have dragged their feet about him this long. In 2007, he was on the short list with a few other celebrities and yet no celebrity went in that year.

Have they ever offered Rick Martel a spot?

f*** since they let Vince Sr's chauffeur every person who has ever been employed by the wwe deserves to be inducted
In all seriousness I think the Honky Tonk Man has rejected the offer because allegedly they would want control of the name or somethig...he could be lying but who knows, he definitely deserves an induction.
I think that Ted Turner deserves to be inducted on the celebrities wing because of his contributions to JCP and WCW but Vince would never agree to that.
The Macho Man's induction is a touchy subject, seeing that he insisted to be inducted with his family like the Von Erich's, I would concede to having his brother, but Angelo doesn't deserve an induction.

Steve Lombardi. Seriously the Brooklyn Brawler is THE legendary jobber.
Brian Pillman as well, but I think his wife wants nothing to do with wrestling.

I'd say my top ten (and reason why they're not) would be:-Rick Rude (really pissed off Vince with the WCW jump) -Randy Savage ( ) -Jeff Jarrett (LOLTNA) -Lex Luger ( ) -Not a fan, AT ALL, in fact I despise him, but he's a "name". -Madusa (Trash Can) -Chyna (Human Trash Can) -King Kong Bundy ( ) -Hillbilly Jim ( ) -Sable ( Sure she sued WWE, but so did her husband...)-Elizabeth ( ) If anyone has any insights or general thoughts, please share. I sat for a minute wondering if Marc Mero got in the hall of Fame as Johnny B Badd, before remembering Lesnar.

Hillbilly Jim not being in is VERY weird because really, everyone from Legends House should be in.

I'm surprised Big Boss Man still hasn't been inducted.

I think Boss Man,Bigelow,Rude etc are unlikely to get in just like anyone else who died young due to steroids and or recrational drugs.

Even if Chyna's doing better- considering Chyna's claimed before that the reason she was abruptly gone from WWF, while Women's Champion, was because Stephanie started dating Triple H and said flat-out, she had to go- there's still the very likely reason she'd STILL never go in- not because of the drugs or the porn, but simply because she's Hunter's ex and Stephanie just doesn't want to do business with her because of it.

One would hope that all these years later Chyna and Steph might be able to let it be water under the bridge. I can imagine it'd be tough if your ex was suddenly dating your boss' daughter. Also, the whole thing with Waltman might be a sticky situation as far as her interacting with HHH.
The problem with eliminating guys for having died young due to drugs or steroids is that it basically eliminates half the people they could induct. Really, if anyone asks them about the drugs they could point to their wellness policy and the fact that they are actually trying to help former performers with drug abuse problems. It'd be a great chance for them to say 'yeah we used to turn a blind eye but we have evolved as people and as a business' (regardless of whether it's true or not). Plus Eddie got into the hall of fame and I believe that in the end he died due to former drug issues affecting his heart.

They're going to space the "died too young" ones as far apart as they can. They're a downer, for one, and they don't really translate into revenue because there is no appearance by the inductee at the show.

I think eventually Chyna, Trips, and Steph are all gonna act like mature adults and get over shit that happened 15 years ago and just make peace with the whole thing. Or at least do what's best for business and pretend to like each other to make money.

Hillbilly Jim not being in is VERY weird because really, everyone from Legends House should be in. Maybe it has to do with Haystacks Calhoun not being in yet? Clearly he was the most successful person to use the hillbilly gimmick by far. But since he's dead and WWE is slow to induct people posthumously, Jim has to wait for that door to be opened.
