So as of now we have no idea about a GWF roster, other than they have some sorta deal going with New Japan. So considering the indie talent out there, who do you book as the top stars ect?
I assume Jarrett books himself as the top heel or as a Triple H role character. I'd have went with Prince Devitt or AJ Styles as the top face, but Devitt is gone and AJ is heel in Bullet Club unless he gets kicked out. Again assuming there is a NJPW deal done, I'd have Bullet Club as the top heel group for sure.
Maybe get Cheerleader Melissa as the top woman and Colt Cabana as the guy ruling the mid-card and battling for that title? Young Bucks at the top tag team?
Outside of hell freezing over and them signing CM Punk, who do you use as your top face?

well obviously the first guy you've gotta sign is Jeff Jarrett. i mean he's the biggest star every in the history of pro wrestling, with the wrestling booms of the 80s and 90s largely being attributed to him. it is common fact that the 80s boom was largely the result of Jarrett switching from ref to wrestler in Memphis in 1986, and everyone knows that those nobodies like Austin, Rock, Foley, Undertaker, etc. were tanking it in the late 90s, and the only reason WWF shot back to the top was because of his legendary feud with Chyna. and if you want proof of his greatness and impact on the business, just look at WCW. when he was champion, did they go out of business? no. it was only after he won and lost the title four times in a two month period that they went out, because all the fans knew he was now bigger than the title, and his greatness as champion could never be matched let alone topped. not to mention the ratings draw that was his involvement with the greatest incarnation of the New World Order: nWo 2000. their awesomeness was so awesome that fans demanded he, Nash and Hall reunite in TNA in 2005 following WWE's nWo reunion debacle. and can we talk about his TNA run for a second? you don't get to book yourself as champion six times in a four-year period without having the goods. he was even gracious enough to step aside for young up and comers like Sting and Kurt Angle. that's being humble.
after Jeff Jarrett i'd pick Karen Jarrett, cause she's shown that not only does she have good taste, but is also a huge draw. i mean who didn't rush over to GWF's website the day it launched and purchase a slew of Karen 8x10? they knew what the fans wanted, and they gave it to them (for $5 apiece)

As far as I get it, I think Global Force is like a distributor of foreign wrestling rather than an actual wrestling company. Hope we see like South African and Australian wrestling, as well as maybe more British/UK/Ireland stuff from it

Step One: Run a show.
They seem to have missed this important part of being a wrestling promotion.

Step Two: Don't have Jarrett win the GFW title on the first show.

Hire the Patriot to rekindle his feud with the Dark Patriot. Make Barry Horowitz the light heavyweight champion. Black Bart as the main heel.

I would break more guitars trying to prove Mike Graham wrong...in all seriousness I would let Scott D'Amore do whatever the f*** he wants, and under no circumstances would I focus the show on Jarrett.

I expect Jarrett to be doing what Triple H does now, only he'll probably have their world title on top of it. I really hope I'm wrong.

Hire Jerry Jarrett to open the show up with a long rambling explanation of nonsensical rules like "No DQ's, only technical losses" and how the title will be decided in a 12 man, 3 woman and 2 midget battle royal where the losers must donate $2.17 for every 3 pounds of their own body weight to put siding on Jerry Lawler's mom's garage. Also, the winner of the battle royal will win not only the Global Force Championship, but Dirty White Boy's old turd-colored cadillac and $200.

I'd start with heavy web promotion, spreading info on YouTube and Twitter before the launch.
All events would be streamed online for free. The money will be made off ticket sales, and to be honest, how many people will really buy the event? They don't even buy WWE stuff.
I would run "secret shows" in cities, or have a VIP list. It could be a cool way to make fans feel like they are part of an "in" or "elite" group.
I'd market the show to the nerd/Internet culture. By that, I DONT mean the IWC. Huge difference.
Create a diverse group of stars for the show. The Walking Dead has a huge following that I think is helped by the fact that there is a unique group of characters, and something for everyone. Star Wars has a character marketed at virtually everyone from ages 7-60. Create compelling, diverse stars in the 18-34 realm and make money.
Incorporate old elements of wrestling to pass it off as "vintage"
Get former stars but DONT center the show around them. For example, Mick Foley as a GM, Ric Flair as a manager with JR and Teddy Long on commentary. It gives fans familiar faces to grab their attention while exposing them to new stars.

But at the same time, I do t know the last time I didn't find out about an event though the web, or didn't by tickets through the web.

When ever he's not on screen, all other GFW talent should ask "Where's Jeff?"

Focus on a core roster of decently talented unknowns/little knowns while cycling name talents in and out on per-appearance deals or short term contracts.
