I've been hearing that every week for over 10 years and I still have no idea what it means.

He's stringently denying those old accusations of theft from The Gap in 2002.

He's saying that he doesn't bite off anybody else's style. He's John Cena, he does his own thing.

He enjoys the feel and the different, softer fabrics women's sweaters are made of, and that's a respectable life choice. If Vito can be happy and popular being himself while wearing a dress, why can't we support John Cena for his choice?

I think it's a vaguely homophobic assertion of his own heterosexuality.
That's my best guess, anyhow.

I just imagine Cena avoids being seen in public when he's wearing another wrestler's merchandise as to not be caught without his own.

I think it's a vaguely homophobic assertion of his own heterosexuality. That's my best guess, anyhow. No way a guy that gets erections that often from play fighting with other men is purely heterosexual.

It's an insult to CM Punk.
Triple H has quite a reputation for his work with NXT. So much so, he was given the nickname "The NXT man".
Flash back to the Raw in 2012 after the mass walk out. Supposed "rebel" CM Punk decided not to conform with all the nonconformists and stick to around to do commentary. And what did he wear? Triple H's blazer. Or, as Cena brilliantly disguised it in his entrance tume, in classic hip-hop tradition, "the next man's sweater".
With this statement, Cena is promising all of us burned by this false prophet, this phony "Voice of the Voiceless", that he will never abandon us by giving into corporate greed the way CM Punk did.

May I please know what the reference is? I know it's about Cena's theme, but I don't hear the lyric...
Edit: Forget it, I got it.
