I signed up a few hours ago. (It's only ¥999!) Few things here:
- Google Translate is a must if you aren't fluent in Japanese. The resulting translation isn't perfect - "Bad Luck Fale" was translated to "Bad Rack Whare," for example - but it works. I was able to find everything I was looking for.
- Visa, Mastercard and American Express are accepted, as are JCB and Diner's Club (Discover). You can also pay using your Softbank, Docomo or AU account. (You know, for that Japanese cell phone plan we all have.) No PayPal option to my knowledge.
- The video quality is on par with their Ustream iPPVs.
- According to an error message, the service works with the following: Internet Explorer (IE9 and up), Firefox, Safari and Chrome; every Apple device running iOS 5 and above, save for the first iPad; all Android devices running Ice Cream Sandwich (4.0) or above... Sort of. (More on that in a minute.) Despite not being on the official (hidden) list, Opera works, as does Airplay to an Apple TV.
- Now about Android: the site works, but you need the NJPW World Viewer app to watch a video. Unfortunately, it's not available in the US Play Store. I tried getting it off the Japan Play Store using.... Methods... But nothing worked.

I'm quite enjoying World, though I noticed that instead of dubbing over music, it'll just fade out or skip certain entrances and match results. It's a shame when you see Kojima win the NWA title at WK8 to silence, but it's nothing a good YT search wouldn't help, plus the further you're in the less that happens.
Other than that, yeah qualitys great as least on my end, very short loading times unless you're impatient and skip ahead
Between WK IV and V are no shows, and IV and behind have no official art.
Edit: Just to give the difference between music they own and music they don't Devitt/Ibushi at WKV has no entrances, but WK8 does, complete with jumping Ibushi and coffin Devitt

Serious question:
What are some ways I could become fluent in Japanese? Been meaning to learn another language for a while, this seems like a good time. Any recommendations?

Well Japanese lessons at a college, Rosetta Stone programs, some video game programs as well, I'm pretty sure there's one for DS. I know it's hard to learn a new language longer in life, but there are a lot of programs out there designed to work it out.

I looked at the site on Google Translate. It helped, but...not as much as I had hoped. I want this bad, though.

There's a website I used called interpals that's like an international Myspace filled with people who are more than happy to help you learn their language and about their culture. It's cool. My friend uses it to work on his Korean.

Okay, if you're lost www.strongstyletranslations.com/2014/12/how-to-register-at-njpw-world.html#more has the deal First go up to where there's a lock symbol, the text to the right is what you should click, or click the pop up when you load in, it'll go to page 1 Page 1 boxes: Email, Confirm Email (you use the email to login afterwards), Password, Confirm Password. Then it's security Question. Drop down box choices are : Fav Wrestler, Technique, TV Program, Childhood Nick, Hometown, 1st grade teacher, grandfather name, First pet, first love, Mother's maiden name, and birthplace. then the last boxes are your Nickname, DOB, and gender, with male beind on the left. At the bottom there are two boxes and a checkbox. Check the box as it's the "I've read the policies" box, click top box for a test stream (If you can watch YT you're good), and the bottom box is confirm to page 2. Page 2: Confirms what you just wrote in case you made a mistake. Click left to go back and fix them and click right to go to page 3 Page 3: Click the top box as it's a credit card and the rest are banks. Page 4 boxes: Cardnumber (No hyphens/spaces), exp date, and security code (3 numbers on the back of your card). Right box is confirm. Note: Visa works, and I believe Mastercard works as well. I'm not sure about Discover and AMerican Express. Page 5: Confirms Card information if it is wrong, CLICK THE LEFT BOX, middle box is cancel! Right box is confirm. Page 6: Confirmation page! Click Go Back to head back to the main site. Login will be the lock on the upper right corner. Page 7: Lightning bolt is live showings, the ring is matches from previous Big events, Camera is promo videos, Captain New Japan is the tag list, NUmber 1 tag is Inoki, Number 2 tag is Tanahashi(Didn't check others) You'll get a confirmation email as well, so check your spam folder!(that's where it went on Gmail. Always remember your EMail is what you use to login, not your nickname!

didn't work for my debit card Call your bank and tell them about your intention to make this foreign purchase. Some banks block that kind of stuff unless you let them know and authorize it.
