The more I think about it, the more I start to think "Wow, the Skull-Crushing Finale is kinda stupid." Something about the set-up doesn't work for me. Andre apparently put a guy in a coma with it, so it works for me.

Mr Perfect's perfect plex. What a crappy finisher they gave to such a talented wrestler. I also can't stand Cena's finisher. Such a stupid move for your top guy.

Sami Zayn. I love the guy, but I hate the crap out of the Helluva Kick as a finisher. It can only be hit from one position, and the Blue Thunder Bomb is much better suited to be a finisher.

The move looks like it could wear on you, but I'd never heard of Eaton or anyone else using it who had problems near what Hulk has just from a normal legdrop. To the point where it makes me think it might just be something else Hogan did to himself that caused him damage (or at least made him easier damaged). Hogan and Fandango's comparative win/loss records ensure that Hogan was doing the leg drop many, many more times. This is why I said Eaton and others who used a top rope version.

Kinda with ya on this one. I love the Helluva Kick as a move for him but not so much a finish. The combo with the corner exploder is better but I'd rather him be using the Koji Clutch.

Fandango's leg drop was brought up so that's one. Mickie James used to do this spinning back kick. At one point it was her finish, called the long kiss goodnight where should he kiss her opponent then blast them, and the kick always looked awful. And Mickie was always talented, but that was dreadful to watch. Emma's offence seems weird and awkward at times, and I feel the Emmamite sandwich is the most awkward looking move she does, it's almost too slow looking. I liked Mickie's spin kick.

Anybody using the Spear other than Goldberg.

The Wasteland. It just seems like a transition move that's been co-opted to be a weak-ass looking finisher. I think the same thing about the AA and World's Strongest Slam for that matter, but I'm a fan of Barrett. I'll take exception with you lumping in the WSS in there. It's a guy who can lift the back end of a car and pull a tractor trailer slamming you as hard as he can on to the mat. That should keep anyone down.

Anybody using the Spear other than Goldberg. NOT THE SAME MOVE! I refuse to acknowledge the Gore as a spear. Dude goes in head first, not with his shoulder like Goldberg/Edge/Reigns/Batista/Christian/Caitlyn/Big Show/Every other spear user ever.

I get that it should be that much worse coming from Henry, but it's still an elevated transition move imo. It's like something you do to get a guy in position to jump off the top onto him. I'd like to see Henry do it nearer the corner to get the guy in the perfect spot for a Vader-style splash. It would be much more fitting than Swagger doing it.

I would have to say the World's Strongest Slam, It's basically a body slam where he doesn't even get the guy all the way up, so it's not technically the strongest slam.
He also does powerslams, gorilla press slams and back breakers that look more painful than his real finisher.

Cena's STF, he just simply lies on his opponent, there is no pulling back on the neck and/or torquing of the back at all. Anytime I see him do the hold, it just completely takes me out of the match and reminds me that what I'm watching is fake. The thing I don't get with Cena's STF is that he's so high on the totem pole & main events the big PPVs is why doesn't Vince tell him how crap it looks? Only think I can think of is they're toning down on the neck wrenching

I prefer the Blue Thunder as like, his comeback move if you will. The move he uses to turn the match around after getting his arse kicked, like when Neville flipped at him, and he caught him out of the air and Blue Thunder'd him. He does need something other than the Helluva though. Maybe the return of the Brainbustaaaaaaaah?

The year is 2017, WWE has toned down to the point where a new wrestler uses a vertical suplex as his finisher. Meanwhile, on the indie scene, Frightmare invents the avalanche double-moonsault kneecolepsy but is totally overshadowed by Rich Swann's standing 810.

Big E's got loads of potential, but the Big Ending looks like shit. He lets them go limp like it's a cutter, but holds their torso like a gutbuster.

I hated when CM Punk did the Elbow Drop. I get that it was a tribute to Randy Savage but it looked like shit and didn't seem to have an actual impact when he landed. this times a million. i never called it the elbow drop, i always called it the flailing leap. always awful. Magnus's elbow however is a thing of beauty.

What got me was that one match he had with Rey, where Rey put the move on Cena correctly.
