So, I'm really curious about this promotion, and British indy wrestling in general, since it seems to be blowing up right now, can someone give me the bullet points of what's going on right now and maybe a way to catch up? Do you mean bullet points for Progress or British Wrestling in general? Bullet Points for Progress are something like this; *Champion is The Villain Marty Scurll. Likes to cheat and moan but is great in the ring. Think of him as a skillful wrestler who became unhinged. His main rivals are - Pastor Eaver, a man of God who looks like Jesus. - Tommy End- a kickboxer with occult leanings- but not actual supernatural powers - Will Osprey- Athletic guy with a bad haircut who is between a lot of companies right now. - Mark Haskins- a smaller, really skillful wrestler who's never quite got the job done but seems to be on the rise. *Tag Champs are The London Riots. Two burly guys who swop between faces and heels. Currently faces. No full-on feuds in the tag division at present, just different teams facing each other. * Women's division is strong. No championship yet but it's coming in the future. Main women are: - Jinny is like a bitchy fashionita and is easy to hate. Her former assistant is now a her rival, but I've blanked on the name. - Dhalia Black is a heel (with her boyfriend TK Cooper in the men's division). - Pollyanna is crowd favourite as she's tough as nails, comes out of Game Of Thrones remix. There's also stuff going on to crown the first Atlas Champion, basically a Super-Heavyweight title. FInally, a group called the Origin which features some of the first Progress people, are pissed off to not be on top. They have all sorts of bits going on. Re: a way to catch up: For a proper catch up, Demand Progress on Pivotshare is a way to subscribe. it's about £5 / $7.50 a month and let's you see show they've done. If you only want the most recent gist I'd say subscribe and start about Chapter 29 onwards. That will fill you in on the main wrestlers and stories that are still going, and be a lead in to Chapter 30 which was 2-day tournament for a Number 1 contender. Chapter 30 features a lot of talent so you'll be able to at least get an idea of the company and roster.

Anyone looking to get into PROGRESS...if you have the time, start at Chapter 1. I did that a few months ago and am completely caught up. It was a hell of a fun ride!

Subscribed to Progress on Demand this morning. I've been meaning to watch the SuperStrongStyle for a while now and finally took the plunge. I've watched a few of their shows during the Havoc/Osprey feud (which was Feud of the Year to me) and then fell back off so I need to catch up, but yeah - between LU coming back and Progress, I've got a lot of wrestling to watch. Edit-finishing up n1 of SSS16. Hero v Andrews was classic Hero, but still really good. Cross v Callihan really impressed me for an opening round match. Tommy End v Rampage was brutal. End's kicks always look death. Dude is amazingly crisp. The tag scene needs a boost though, i feel like I've seen LR vs The Origin a ridiculous amount of times. {Spoiler} the final match for SSS16 was really anticlimatic. I wonder if Andrews was legit hurt or something during that match because even Tommy End was like, "WTF is happening here?" {Spoiler}

Almost through Chapter 33.
Zack Gibson v Jack Gallagher was really fun. Gibson is king on the mic right now. He gets Vickie Guerrero levels heel heat before he even speaks.
Haskins v Osprey has that Steen/Generico vibe where I could just watch them fight forever.
Mark Andrews vs Ligero was extremely solid.
The opening tag match was great - even if the ending was weird. Loved to see more of Tyler Bate though. Dude is super impressive.
Also, I'm a Bodyguy Guy. haha
Just now getting into Villain vs Eaver, but I'm expecting a good'un. Scrull's music is mega heel heet.

So, is Jack Gallagher a regular in PROGRESS? Because after seeing him in the CWC, I'm into that guy something fierce.

The ending to the main event of 33 was a bit hit or miss for me. {Spoiler}I prefer a clean(er) finish eventhough there was no real interference, but still I enjoyed the way they re-introduced Sebastian. Geezers was a fav of mine and I'm really interested to see where they take him. Either way a great way to build him up a bit.
Also, I'm glad they took the title off the Pastor. He's great, but he really needs more time before he's gonna have a long reign as champ.

Watching New Puritans and the Black vs Pollyanna match was okay. Pollyanna just seems like she's going to hurt someone at some point and she needs some work in general, but Dahlia Black was pretty impressive. She reminded me of a young MsChif with her whole look and impressive agility/flexibility. I want to check out more of the women's division, hopefully Jinny and the other women on the roster are a bit better than Polly.

Last two matches for this Sunday in Manchester...
*Jack Sexsmith, Pollyanna & Roy Johnson vs. South Pacific Power Trip (Dahlia Black, TK Cooper & Travis Banks) *Tommy End vs. a mystery opponent selected by Marty Scurll - if End wins, he will get one last match with Scurll

Let his two rivals beat each other up. Whoever it is it looks a really good card on paper and I can't wait to see it.

Could work, given Scurll is in a mixed tag with Haskins on the same show, but I think Marty will pick someone who's not currently on the show.

If he wasn't already in a match, it'd be interesting if Dante were the opponent.

In addition to T-Bone/Rampage and Coffey/Mastiff, Shane Strickland debuts in PROGRESS against Will Ospreay, a rematch from their classic at this year's wXw 16 Carat Gold Tournament, which produced this moment...

Praying for the announcement of Nixon Newell's debut in NPS and being added to the roster
I was live front row at Manchester Sunday, I have been to all the Manchester shows live and I view this/Hit The North as the top shows out of the 5. Need to rewatch both again to know for sure which I prefer. The main event was an out of this world atmosphere and an exceptional in ring exhibition by both men, especially considering the long weekend of bookings both men had. London Riots vs War Machine was an absolute spectacle and stole the show, even toppled ZSJ vs Ospreay for match of the night. Absolutely amazing show top to bottom, the X7 of Progress shows, with a little bit of everyone in the show from high flying, comemdy, brawling, tag team wrestling, crazy PWG esc 6 man tag, big man matches and a genuinely astounding main event to finish the night off
