Just about anything they do's going to feel like a bizarre anti-climax, right? Like, there are really only a few ways I can see this going down...
1. They mention how his contract's up after Mania and he says he's taking the title with him and people react in horror like the idea of him not being around to defend the title is anything new, and as a result people have pretty much no reason whatsoever to think he might win at Mania so all potential drama is lost there.
2. They get him to show up on Raw the next night to throw a fit and get laid out, or Heyman just says that Brock's said he's done.
3. The night after Mania they just start pretending he never existed outside of whenever they recap the match, and Heyman eventually just shows up with a new client like nothing ever happened.
4. They have him stupidly announce he's retiring if he ever loses the title and then when that happens more focus ends up being put on him than whoever beat him for it.
You can kind of avoid some of that and come up with a better way to do it if he's not champion at the time I guess (which is absolutely what I think should happen - really think if he's gone after Mania then he should be dropping the title at the Rumble, plus this reign's sucked anyway), but outside of that, anybody have any way to do it that will actually feel at all logical in the narrative?

My guess is they don't mention it on screen and he just slinks off like he does between matches anyway.

He loses at WrestleMania, and that'll be the last we see of him. However, the announcers make mention that he's now gone from the company.

In a backstage segment you see Santino trying to teach the Cobra to some NXT guys. He shows them how you position your wrist and bring your fingers together. Just as he demonstrates the strike technique, Brock walks around the corner with Paul Heyman and Santino accidentally hits Brock with the Cobra. The Cobra penetrates Lesnar's chest and rips his still beating heart out the back of his ribcage. 500 gallons of fake blood and chunks are spewed all over everybody. As they stand there paralyzed with fear and covered in dripping blood, Heyman looks to the NXT guys and says "Well, since that's over with... anybody want to be the next Paul Heyman guy?"

He takes the Hammer of War to the head and is carried out of the ring

Is he definitely done after Mania though? The word making the rounds is WWE's told their merch people not to make any more for him so yeah, sure seems like it.

Brock has just dropped the title to Reigns (I wish it was someone else, but whatever). Brock and Heyman get into the ring with a microphone:
Heyman: Brock, it looks like you have something to say.
(Live feed cuts to studio picture of Brock, with a *really* obvious voiceover by Vince)
'Brock': "I have to go now, my home planet needs me"
(Text appears in the screen 'Brock Lesnar died on the way to his home planet')
It the cuts back to the live feed with HHH standing next to Heyman
HHH: Brock Lesnar is DEAD!!!
Crowd cheers. end credits

They don't write Brock out. They just hang a sign around Zack Ryder that says "Brock Lesnar"

They don't write Brock out. They just hang a sign around Zack Ryder that says "Brock Lesnar" I would find that hilarious... especially if he mimicked Lesnar's mannerisms and ring gear granted it would get old quickly... and the WWE would continually pound it into the ground... but for at least 1 match it would be funny

Brock wins at WM, he comes out the RAW afterwards, raises the belt to the sky with one of his patented Wild Boar Squeals, then suddenly dissolves into dust, leaving the belt sitting there in the middle of the ring, his squeal still echoing throughout the arena.

The last time Brock went into a Wrestlemania with the world knowing he was bolting after that one last match didn't go so well. They better hope they can build Reigns properly because if he the fans turn on him before then, this is going to be Lesnar/Goldberg part 2.

They better hope they can build Reigns properly because if he the fans turn on him before then, this is going to be Lesnar/Goldberg part 2. Pretty much. If nothing else it'll probably be about as good as that was, Lesnar's track record since coming back isn't exactly flawless and I have yet to actually see a good singles Reigns match. Honestly, I'm half-wondering if they're going to build the show as, "Rollins is for sure cashing in, you guys," and they just have Reigns outright squash Brock in like 30 seconds then have him and Rollins have the actual main event. Still probably wouldn't be a good way to end the show but it'd likely work better.

Say he'll leave with the belt after beating Cena at the rumble Cena says he'll win, doesn't
Reigns and Ambrose dead heat in Rumble
Rollins calls back Brock through the power of his iron clad MitB contract trumping Heyman's lawyers, sets a date for WM
Reigns and Ambrose are also entailed to their shot
Brock vs The Shield fatal-fourway at WM
Sure it's a bit of a waste not to have anybody beat Brock cleanly but after his last match he's no longer the unstoppable monster anyway. Oh screw it really I mean I'd selfishly prefer this match even if it's a terrible idea (unless Bryan is fit enough or things change significantly).

Honestly, I don't see any reason to write him out. Roman defeats him, Brock is vanquished and is never seen again
