Usos are like the John Cena of the tag team division, except they're not that interesting enough for me to hate or view what they're doing carefully.

They aren't being helped at the moment by being stuck with the shitty Naomi storyline. It should be enough for tag teams to simply pursue the belts and provide the audience with a hard hitting, mid-card attraction. WWE always overcook things. It also makes Naomi look like she's got shit for brains to actually have her fighting with her husband because she stupidly believes Miz can actually give her a Hollywood career. I don't mind this storyline, since I believe members of tag teams should be given singles things to do every once in a while. I just wish they were feuding with anyone but Miz because, this isn't a knock on the Usos' talent, but they are a massive step down for Miz. Miz dropped his own ball, in my opinion. He wasn't the perfect main eventer, but dammit, people liked him on his way to the top. He put less into it after losing the belt and lost the fire that got him to the top, and if he doesn't care about being important, fans won't either. I thought with some work, he could have been a major player, but look at the verb...."been"...that's the past now and he won't ever get to that spot again.

I've accepted that he'll never main event again. But I think that as far as Miz has fallen, he's still above working with the Usos. He should be in the mix for the IC Title, using what credibility and name value he has left to help elevate it, having solid matches with Dolph, as well as Ryback and eventually a healthy Sheamus and Barrett. I'm sure that you think Sandow is better than a feud with the Usos as well.

I share the dislike. It's nothing against them personally but I'm bored of them. I don't see the hook. Decent tag-team that should be a dime a dozen. The fact they're not is WWE's fault but even so they smack of a team who if the tag division was anything like what it should be would be no higher than anyone's 2nd or 3rd favourite team of the division.
They're a bit like the Smoking Guns in 1994. Just very, very 'meh'

"We say UUUH, you say SOOOO!!!"
It's like two thousand Cenas come crushing down on my heart at the same time.
The WWE is like "it's for the kids and you're gonna swallow it and like it".

It also makes Naomi look like she's got shit for brains to actually have her fighting with her husband because she stupidly believes Miz can actually give her a Hollywood career. I don't mind it, because I'm hoping it will lead to a double turn. The Usos need a change of pace. As a face, they completely threw that out and decided not to book him as an underdog. I remember after his face turn, he had a match with Otunga where Otunga got in a lot of offense, Miz began his comeback and the crowd went nuts. They tried to make him kind of a badass after that.

It's because when you hear the Uso theme, you know you're about to see them wrestle the same team you've seen them wrestle 15 times in the last 2 months.

I love them as a team and the quality they bring but I don't think I can remember a tag title match in the past 2 years that hasn't involved them. It is tiring me on them slightly, they are the Cena of tag teams.
It's like WWE is trying to overcompensate for the 4 odd years they worked without getting a sniff of the belts.

And I don't see why they have to. There's really nothing to compensate for in the their case. NThe Usos might have been underutilized during those years, but they were never really "jobbers".

I'm sure that you think Sandow is better than a feud with the Usos as well. Most tag team feuds are pretty dumb these days, but I think this is the best thing for Sandow since winning MITB a year ago. Miz could have at least done some okay things with the US and IC titles, but thank god WWE never did a feud with him and Sheamus, because minus Sheamus making Miz and Mizdow do the YMCA (look up HIAC 2014), any of their matches/confrontations were god awful. Everyone in this petty feud deserves better, to be honest, as bringing Naomi is stupid, but whatever, I guess. If anything, make it a funny feud where Miz and Mizdow try to prove they are the better look-alikes than the Usos or something.

Miz's face turn was WAY too late and horribly random. If anything, he should have turned face after returning at MITB 2012 or sometime in 2011. I agree, WWE screwed up, too, but it felt like he lost a lot of the passion he used to have. He plays the Hollywood character well, but it's hard to make up for basically a year and a half of his career wasted.

I'm a fan but they've kinda hit a wall. Maybe give them more promo time, orrrr make them the first tag team to have an interview segment ala MizTV.

The crowd exploded when he reentered the match, and they were cheering for him to win. That was Chicago reacting like that. They put him in the WWE Title tournament, where he got to the finals. The way he got to the finals made no sense, he was a heel, who battled through an injury to win 2 matches. That was booking that should have led to him winning the WWE Title, and then Bertie cashing in on him. Of course the WWE rushed Punk back, and Miz went on to Awesome Truth.

Wow. I'm surprised a thread about someone not liking the Usos theme has gotten this much reaction.

Wow. I'm surprised a thread about someone not liking the Usos theme has gotten this much reaction. It's because for the most part the Usos have seemingl taken over the "token midcard face" act spot that was previously held by Kofi.
