Mine has got to be Shibata's.
Shoutouts to Nakamura's theme, the NWO theme, and Booker T's WCW theme as well. Benoit's theme too, though it's hard to listen to nowadays.

Shibata definitely. it perfectly fits his style. starts so calm and poetic and BOOM AJ Styles' NJPW theme is awesome too  |

I clicked to say this. I'm not a fan of the song but it suits them so damn well. If we're talking all-time though, it's gotta be the Road Warriors coming out to Iron Man on their bikes back in the old NWA. Im sure some people hate this but I have a soft spot for it, I love beats like that, it's basically like a UK grime beat. Shame about how he was booked back then but that's a different story:
Oh and I cant forget this, Midnight Express, never sounded like a heelish song to me and having what basically would become a house track as their music didnt seem to suit the gimmick apart from the name to me but it's a great track. On thinking about it maybe having a kind of Euro-future style song as their theme was to come off as heelish in the south at the time.:
