Since we have a end of 2014 best of music topic, I thought it would be cool to look forward to the new year and bring up new releases coming in 2015.
So far, I'm looking forward to:
Sleater-Kinney - No Cities To Love Belle and Sebastian - Girls In Peacetime Want To Dance Modest Mouse - Strangers To Ourselves The Decemberists - What a Terrible World, What a Beautiful World Guster - Evermotion
With new music from Faith No More, Tool, Muse, Bjork, and Garbage also coming, I'd say we're looking at a damn solid year of music.
Mark Kozelek will probably also put out another single crapping on The War On Drugs. That's always fun.
What say you FAN?

Brand New's new album is supposedly coming out around the same time as Modest Mouse's new album according to a rumor, so definitely both of those.

Even though Faith No More are one of my favorite bands ever I'm really not excited for their new album. I'm nervous.
But I am looking forward to Nails and Napalm Death. And Godspeed You! Black Emperor could literally drop an album right now and just not bother telling anyone. So I'm looking forward to that.

Madonna's 13th album rumoured to be called Unapologetic Bitch, Rebel Heart, or Iconic. EDIT: And right as I posted this I found that it's called Rebel Heart and will be out on March 10

Ooh, plenty!
Kendrick Lamar's album will be dropping & he's on fire right now Run the Jewels 3 (!!!) Big Boi has an EP with Phantogram due out at some point Scarface is back Ghostface has about 3 three projects due out Nas and Jay-Z will be out there as well (no albums for them yet, but that's always subject to change) And I've really taken a liking to a new rapper named Tink. Rick Ross should have released the original version of "Movin' Base" was better than the one that came out later. Plus she's got an Andre 3000 verse on her upcoming album.

I never listened to Daisy. The last time I listened to Brand New was when The Devil and God Are Raging Inside Me came out. I'm going to have to remedy this. I read a review for Daisy that mentioned the guitars sounding somewhat My Bloody Valentine-ish and that grabbed my attention.

I love them both equally. TDGARIM got me through a lot of hard times. I don't hear any MBV in there either, though maybe it's just me. It's hard and weird. It's a bit of a reach here, but the best way for me to sum it up is Relationship of Command but with more brooding and some alt-country tendencies.

I've listened to a few songs from Daisy and I definitely hear the At the Drive In. In the quieter moments, I can hear some Deftones who sometimes have that droning tremolo that can be associated with MBV (see the self titled Deftones album, Minerva and Battle Axe in particular).
