The Care Bears Nutcracker seems like the obvious one, but while looking it up I've found several other Nutcracker movies that sound insane enough to be perfect for the Critic. There's "The Nuttiest Nutcracker" featuring the voice talents of Jim Belushi, Cheech Marin and Phyllis Diller. Then there's "Barbie in the Nutcracker", which might actually be good, I don't know, but all I can think about when I hear that title is someone doing a ballet dance to "Barbie Girl" by Aqua. And while it's live action, there's also "The Nutcracker in 3D", a fairly recent interpretation made in Europe that has a 0% on Rotten Tomatoes and includes Albert Einstein as one of the characters.

I don't seriously think it is the Care Bears one giving Doug said he will only review Care Bears that came out in theaters, but it was the first one that come to mind, but seriously it is worth a look simply because it had Tara Strong before she was Tara Strong (and I mean that both literally and figuratively) and it is the last Care Bears cartoon from that era.

Oh my stars and garters, and I just watched all 3 of his Care Bears reviews today before seeing this. Please let it be Care Bears.

Rob has more clues and said it is something they have tackled before, and they will taste the raindow, so yes it is Care Bears.
I hope this happens in the review the NC says this "who voices the little girl, let me see Tara Charendoff, well she stinks, it is obvious she is not going to have a long term career in voice acting."

Heh. I'd dare say that I like him stretching things out. His older 10-20 minute videos seemed a bit too short, especially when he got on a role.
I rather enjoy his skits, for the most part. Doug has a good sense of humor, and even though it's not always executed well it usually works & he makes the time pass nicely. Malcolm and Tamara (and Rachel before her) are very good too.

January is Matrix month January 6th: The Matrix January 13th: The Animatrix January 20th: Matrix Reloaded January 27th: Matrix Revolutions Ohhh shit...even if there really isn't much material to work with in the first couple weeks unless the first Matrix is an editoral piece instead of an outright review. But yeah, Reloaded and Revolutions are definites.

I'd say he should try a Let's Play of Enter the Matrix but you saw how the last one of those worked out. Though that game's such a hilariously buggy mess (and yet I still had fun with it) that somebody probably could mine some comedy out of it. Especially that level that consists of walking through a short hallway.

Now that was a good review, nothing that was too overlong or overran into the ground, more than a few good jokes and no completely pointless asides. Can't ask for anything more.
