I'm talking just modern day if we can, folks.
What made me think of this is BLK Jeez's run with the CZW World Heavyweight Championship and how he has been with the company for so long. Since 2002 IIRC which is like a millennium in indie time.

Exactly it should speak volumes about quack. I know mike has been roasted for years on the Internet but I have seen first hand him treat his staff with the upmost respect for over 2 years in person while my brother was in the wrestle factory(before dropping wrestling in whole) from my experiences he was a true professional.

There are some local Indys that have a few "lifers" on their roster. The promotion formally known as NWA Anarchy has a few guys that go back to Wildside - Slim J, Iceberg and Mikael Judas. About half of PWX in Pittsburgh have been with the company for at least five years. A couple people (Crusher Hansen, Quinn Magnum and former wrestler turned ref Shawn Patrick) have been around since the late 90s.

Would Mike Quackenbush count? I mean, he created a promotion for the sole purpose of never having to work anywhere else again.

The Briscoe's have been with ROH for a pretty damn long time "SINCE DAY DAMN ONE!!!!" Apart from that awkward gap where they'd left to go to WWE until Jay was a bigoted dickhead on Twitter.

There was a gap in the Briscoes time at ROH. They weren't wrestling anywhere for a while there around 2005.

The Submission Squad dudes. Gary Jay, Pierre Abernathy, and Evan Gelistico have all been in the LWA/Saint Louis Anarchy since 2003. Vega since like 05 I think.
