I think Cena/Lesnar IV (V) happens in Feburary

Cena loses at the Rumble via Heyman interference or some other screwjob ending. He reinstates the Authority on one stipulation. They grant him another shot at Brock.

I tried to think of the lamest way they could bring back the Authority and this is what I came up with so I'm guessing this is also what will happen IRL.

Close. Actually, what will happen is Cena loses at the Rumble. The next night on Raw, he squashes Seth Rollins in a match for the MITB. He announces he'll cash it in at Fast Lane, and wins. John Cena is your new WWE World Heavyweight Champion.

I don't see a chance in hell of Lesnar working the February PPV. I'm guessing the only reason it's not Elimination Chamber this year is they couldn't think of decent stakes for one without having him on the card.

Also it'd be pretty damn hard to talk Cena up as being in the right by doing that. If they did something where Ziggler came gunning for his head for it and it led to if not a heel turn at least a genuine tease of one and a crisis of faith, fine, but we know they won't take that kind of gamble and nobody is ever morally superior to Cena.

I still see Rusev attacking Cena because...f*** it, the exact same random reason Wyatt attacked Cena last year. And as for The Authority, I only see something like Cena bringing them back buuuut they have no real power and the only reason they're brought back is so we can get Triple H vs Sting at Mania and I dunno, if Sting wins Hunter and Steph go away for good and if Triple wins then The Authority is back in power again.
