Well...I applaud them for at least trying to do something different, but Rollins role in this match is fodder. He's going to get pinned so Cena doesn't have to. It should be a little different so that's good. I haven't enjoyed any of the 1 on 1 matches with Brock Lesnar and Cena this far. I'll be surprised if Lesnar doesn't leave as champ.

It is actually great booking. While nearly impossible to make Brock look vulnerable physically, with the right promo Rollins can look like a serious threat to walk out with the title. He was on the winning side against Evolution, decimated the Shield, became Mr Money in the Bank, masterminded the return of the Authority. Lots to be threatened by.

I'm glad it's not another one on one but once again, the booking makes no sense to me. If Rollins is the Authority golden boy, why are they putting him in a match with the guy he curb stomped? For that matter, why hasn't Lesnar gotten revenge yet? 1. They're hoping that Cena/Lesnar do most/all the work while Rollins reaps the rewards. 2. Lesnar doesn't fight/conquer for free. 1. Kayfabe - that's a huge assumption on their part. I would expect Brock would be more interested in getting revenge on Rollins instead of beating up Cena again. 2. Sure. But now the authority is putting Brock in a match where he will be paid to kick Rollins ass. I hope that's what happens for the first part of the match and Cena just sits back and laughs about it.

They might strike an agreement where they both take out Cena. Obviously unfamiliar with Cena's track record versus the odds.

They could've at least shown how Heyman talked Lesnar down. That could've made for an entertaining segment. But even then, it's problematic booking since Rollins should be seen as the bigger threat. He has Authority backing and the MITB. He's got two chances to win.

I wasn't that happy at first mainly cause they hyped Brock-Cena and was interested to see what they would have done differently from the last two times they met. Cause some feuds you are tired to see those same people face each other but at other times, there's intrigue cause Brock and Cena are not just run-of-mill guys, we know what they represent. If one of the two look like a chump for example, everybody is going to talk about it.
But I like it coldly as a saturday morning quaterback from a booking standpoint cause it's as close as Seth should get to the World title from now to Mania cause his focus should be on Randy Orton at some point for their match at Mania. So let's give him a title match there.

Absolutely love it. Something different for Lesnar - it's a young, promising guy establishing himself who'd never get to work with him otherwise, and it's a triple threat. Feels very fresh in that regard.
It's also cool to see Lesnar (the past) vs Cena (the present) vs Rollins (the future).

Can't wait to see how they interact with eachother in ring. Rollins is a brilliant seller and I can't wait for him to bump for Brock like a mad man.
Go on Rollins, steal the show!

I still have this feeling deep down that Seth is going to somehow get f***ed over by the WWE booking in the longrun, but at least I can look back and know that he was able to be in the championship match at the Royal Rumble against John Cena and Brock freakin' Lesnar.

When this was announced last night my initial thought was "Well, I guess they need someone to take a pin so that Cena and Lesnar can avoid jobbing." The problem with Rollins cashing in immediately after is that in theory he should be weakened by the match too. In a way they almost have to get the MITB off him since it seems like there hasn't been any MITB guy still with it during the Rumble itself.

I like it, but I'm hoping somehow the ending isn't screwy. The Night of Champions match had a screwy ending involving these three and we've been waiting a long time for the next match. Somebody pin somebody clean-ish please. Hopefully Brock pinning Cena.
Say, is this the first time a Money In The Bank contract holder has been in a WWE title match while still having the brief case? It seems a little nutty.

Edge loses, retaliates after the match, then cashes in.
