After 11 years, this gif. isn't applicable anymore. Truly the end of an era. This isn't hyperbole when I say this, but this is the greatest TNA gif related I've ever seen. The fact that the Yappapi Strap Match is referenced makes it all that much better.

It's a big drop, but 263k viewers on a very niche cable network for any wrestling promotion that isn't WWE is still pretty high.

Yeah, it's a huge ass drop. Spin it all you want but even the worst rating they got on Spike is still triple what TNA will get from now on.

SO wasn't there supposed to be an announcement from DA calling this a lie? so who do we make fun of said TNA executives or the newz for reporting something that may not have never happened. At this point making fun of people working at TNA feels like kicking a dog in the local shelter.

Expect at least 10 posts telling you that you are wrong. Impact may become the number one show on the newtwork. I knew it would.

Something positive isn't being buried because of cynicism, this isn't a positive.

TNA and Destination America said the Nielsen numbers that Wade Keller reported was a lie and on Monday they were supposed to released the real numbers. Monday has come & gone and nothing from them about. This is a case of they hope no one notice them not following through and having to eat sour crow.

So, anyone seen that press release that was going to put everyone in there place yet? I need some good spin.
EDIT: Didn't realize I got dropped in on page 4. Nice to see I wasn't the only one thinking of this.

There were no real quotes and that seems like an odd way to put it. Besides its not like cable numbers are secret so it just seems odd that it would go down like that

Expect at least 10 posts telling you that you are wrong. Impact may become the number one show on the newtwork. I knew it would. Well since they're fresh off of cable television and have tons of commercial time you'd hope so. It doesn't change the fact that a solid rating for TNA would be around the 300,000 people mark which is low for most national television shows and is therefore a negative rating. TNA deserves it's negativity until it improves. If people were being negative when a solid product was being put out that is one thing but TNA has just done their 13th or 14th "We're taking over" heel stable with yet another forced and rushed heel turn and 2 quickfire title changes that had very little build and ultimately mean nothing. There is nothing to be positive about. TNA is dying and unless they do something soon they'll be either a medium sized indy running the local rec hall or they'll be dead.

Much like Dixie, feel free to call them the prettiest girl at the ball all you want, it won't change the fact they're actually a one eyed, no toothed, 600lbs trucker from Duluth dancing among slaughtered pigs. Giving up 3/4 of your audience for any reason is nothing to be happy or proud of.

So I take it there still hasn't been no update as to this report that proves these reported ratings are lies?
