To go along with Oregon, both UCLA and Texas have reached out to Eastern Washington senior QB Vernon Adams for a possible graduate transfer.

Despite my normal dislike of Texas University football, I hope they get a QB. No one should have to suffer having a team that talented with a shitty QB

www.courts.ca.gov/opinions/documents/B245475.PDFSo once the appeals process is done, the NCAA can't seal any of the documents from the appeal of USC's Todd McNair on the Reggie Bush investigation, which seems to show particular hardcore malice on the NCAA's part against him individually. I would say it's not like the NCAA's reputation could be any worse, but this may test that.

Arkansas just extended Beliema thru 2020. Ok, they were a lot better than their record this yr but....he won his FIRST conference game this yr. not saying he isn't going to do well. Trust me I saw Arky coming when others didn't. But 7-6 and a lower tier bowl game shouldn't change his deal by even a yr. now if he wins the west next season back the brink struck up

Hell Charlie Weis had a great first and second season at Notre Dame and we all agree his extent in was premature. If you are giving Beleiema an extension for being mediocre than I guess we should forgive Notr Dame for giving a dbl BCS coach an extension.

Down with the NC two A! Down down At the very least, the NCAA needs to have non-arbitrary standards for how it handles investigations and punishments.

Then go into some complex spin job more convoluted than a word problem in college algebra stoned And then start talking about how they care about player education, safety, and the integrity of the sport.

Texas A&M G Garrett Gramling has decided to retire rather than pursue an NFL roster spot. First glance thought was a&m scheduling Grambling and I shook my head at that thought. But sorry to see his career cut short like that.

Well he got a degree from the best mechanical or engineering school in the south. I'm sure he'll be just fine

To be fair, Weise didn't inherit the trainwreck Biliema did and unlike Weise Biliema was a proven commodity as a HC when Arkie hired him. Biliema did well at Wiscy and he's getting Arkie turned-around. I think extending him is a reasonable call.
