I imagine Vince, Hunner and Dunn huddled around a laptop backstage, counter-programming against this to keep viewers.

Wrestle Kingdom 9 did a good job of that, and was a live show. They should have done that. An all-star indy show live and free for all to see. The 1st National Pro Wrestling Day tried that. I was going to mention that. Something like National Pro Wrestling Day, but packed with the cream of the crop of the indys and not just Quack students and Chikara side-project feds.

LOVED Steen/Bailey, and Kingston/Walker was clubberin'. Will try and check out as many of the other matches that I haven't yet seen at some other time.

Rawlternative was pretty cool, some fun matches, some bad audio. I look forward to supporting SMASH wrestling for taking the time to actually promote their product with this opportunity. (Also for the Young Bucks match).
Overall I was happy with it.

Really enjoyed what they put together. The Edwards/Busick match at the end was a nice surprise.

Completely worn out and so happy from watching this. I can't even pick an actual favorite, I was enjoying everything that much, though Hoodslam turned out to be the surprise of the stream for me. Sheer joy watching a stuffed horse get crowdsurfed.

I had the pleasure of reffing that ISDUB match. It was FANTASTIC.

Really fun event overall! It's pretty hard to pick a favorite, most of them were really good!

I watched this instead of RAW last night. I feel like I made the right choice. Are they gonna do this every Monday?

The next #RAWlternative is set to take place on Monday, May 18th. They are doing a test stream this coming Monday, May 11th immediately following Raw over at their YouTube page.

Looking at the ratings for Raw lately, I think the majority of people have already found "#RAWlternative" things to watch on Monday nights.

I didn't watch the first one because I honestly didn't know about it. I dig Indy wrestling, but for the last few years haven't had the time or money for DVDs to follow it outside of major ROH shows. I'll be sure to check this next one out.

Three matches announced so far.
SMASH Wrestling: Scotty O'Shea vs. Brent Banks, ambulance match AAW Pro: Ricochet vs. Josh Alexander ISW: Pinkie Sanchez vs. Chris Dickinson
I don't know about the other two matches, but the ambulance match is absolutely killer.
