After having seen Nights 1 and 2, I think Bailey vs Galloway has been my favorite match thus far. Can't say I predicted that, but damn, it was really really good.

El Hijo del Havoc triplethreatmark sorry for taking so long to get back to you guys on my BOLA thoughts. Top 3 N1 1. Eurotrash vs MR 2.0 2. Andrews vs Ospreay 3. Fenix vs Matt Sydal Honourable mentions: ICMG vs Blondes Top 3 N2 1. Guerrilla Warfare 2. AAA All Star Tag Match 3. Ricochet/ZSJ Honourable Mentions: Bailey vs Galloway, Hero vs Thatcher, End vs Gulak Top 5 Final Stage 1. ZSJ/Hero/Speedball 2. Sydal/Ospreay 3. Pentagon/ZSJ 4. MR 2.0 vs PWG All Stars/Team LU 5. Speedball/Ospreay Honourable Mentions: 10 man tag, Speedball/End, ZSJ/Scurll (I love both guys, but I already feel like I saw exactly the same match in PROGRESS with the comedy transitioning into submission with lots of time) Nights 2 and 3 especially are really difficult to choose the best one's Top 5 None Tournament 1. Guerrilla Warfare 2. AAA All star Tag N2 3. MR 2.0 vs Team PWG/LU 4. MR 2.0 vs Eurotrash 5. 10 man tag Honourable Mention: IMCG vs Blondes Top 5 BOLA tournament matches 1. Finals 2. Sydal/Ospreay 3. ZSJ/Pentagon Jr 4. Three way tie Fenix/Sydal, Speedball/Ospreay and Andrews/Ospreay 5. Ricochet/ZSJ Top 5 Dives of the weekend (because I love me some dives, especially in PWG) 1. Fenix during the AAA All Star weekend tag. Double springboard corkscrew moonsault press onto Pentagon. That height/twist/everything! "WAH!HAHAHA!...Oh Noooooooo!" Chuck Taylor, couldn't have put it better myself 2. Trevor Lee's announce table Tope Con Hilo Guerrilla Warfare 3. Ospreays Full corkscrew twist Asai Moonsault onto Andrews 4. Ospreays Fosbury Flops vs Sydal/vs Speedball 5. Tandem Turnbuckle Tope Con Hilos from Angelico and Ricochet All Stars vs MR 2.0 *keep in mind I am a massive Ospreay/Lee/Ricochet fan. So it may make my ratings a bit biased . I wasn't even disappointed in the way the three of them were eliminated this year, the booking was that good. Lee had the effects of the Warfare that was played up on night 3, Ospreay perfectly sold the leg that was weakened by Sydal against Speedball, and Ricochet looked strong in a losing effort to ZSJ. I also want to point out the final moment in the Ospreay vs Bailey match. Just before Bailey hit the buzzsaw kick there was a nod of the head of each competitor one to the other, Ospreay knew he put up a good fight to get as far as he did but he knew because of his leg it was over. Very much an old Yeller/HBK vs Flair moment here and was another thing that really helped my rating for that match. For me comparing it to last year there was a lot more memorable performances and the guys that were debuting just fitted into the crowd and PWG as whole insantly. Even though I loved last years, I don't think the final match was as good as this one (and I am a Ricochet mark). Last year I adored ZSJ/Cole and O'Reilly, Ricochet/Omega, Omega/Sydal, Omega/ACH, Sydal/Hero, the rise of Trevor Lee etc but as you can probably tell by all my lists above there is just so much quality that was rammed into one weekend. It felt like real life Tekken or Street Fighter this year, with just such distinct characters being brought in from all around the world to face eachother. There is no way in hell that everyone who debuted won't be called back again for semi regular or regular spots on the card, I think that for Ospreay/Pentagon/Scurll/Fenix especially. They would be crazy not to try and get those guys at as most shows as possible. So many standout performances, Sydal was on another level all the matches he was in, Hero brought his A+ game, Ricochet truly showed how well rounded he is, Biff tore the house down, Dragon made a successful return, Thatcher looks like a god damn supervillain and is amazing in ring, Speedball showcased how much of a breakout star this year, ZSJ is just Zack Sabre f***ing Jr. I could go on and on. Special shout out to Chuck with a welcome return to commentary. He just makes every match even better just by him on commentary. I just can't wait for them to announce the next show. I really hope they secure Ospreay/Pentagon especially for it.

Ok my thoughts on BOLA.
Aero Star is so fn smooth in my opinion he was the best aaa guy that worked at pwg.
I don't like the slow motion spot, maybe I'm on the minority here, I'm glad it's done once a year.
If Jack Evans becomes a regular he will be pwg champion on the next couple of shows. That promo he did with Hero, he destroyed him, it got be to stop seeing Hero as a draw and he was one of my favorites. I also liked the 1 count spot. I think he has the potential to be the greatest heel in pwg history.

As good a year Strong's been havbing I don't think Hero's that far behind him. This along with the match with Sabre Jr., and Thatcher at the Mania weekend Evolve show (which I was lucky enough to see live), he's been having some really incredible matches.

I didn't really like doing it again this year. Last year, it was just something completely organic that it felt special being a part of the moment; as goofy as it was. This year, it was still kinda fun, but it did feel forced.

Watching Night 3. I only remember a few matches (Namely Pentagon/Sabre), but there's a ton of great matches here! 8 man tag, Sydal/Ospreay, Bailey/End. If it wasn't for the heat, I'd remember most of it
I'm also enjoying Jack Evans more than when I went.

I am starting to think we may not get another show now before the start of 2016. To be fair they had a loaded summer doing shows every month, which is a departure from the bi monthly gap between shows they have been doing this past couple of years or so I hope I am wrong

I'm thinking December for the last show. Maybe an All-Star Weekend. They must have burned through a ton of funds just for BOLA with all the Mexico and England guys

N1 MR2 vs Aries, Shelley, Sydal and Evans GN3 ZSJ vs Speedball Hero vs Pentagon Jr Lee vs Ospreay N2 ZSJ vs Roddy for the title Ospreay vs Ricochet Hero vs Aries Shelley vs Speedball YBs vs Aerostar and Fenix A man can dream right? Very true about the fly ins, but I think with all the sales they had for Bola in Dvds not only nationally but internationally (and the sold out gate for all three nights as usual) they should hopefully be seeing a profit really soon

Joey Ryan just became a female wrestler, he opened an amazon wish list for his birthday, I hope this is in character so that he becomes more hated.

It's either LU or ROH. I think the wounds of their TNA run are still pretty fresh. I'm hoping it's ROH because one of the bargaining chips was having ReDRagon, Adam Cole, ACH, etc.come back to PWG.

For those that don't frequent the ROH thread, the Bucks have announced they signed an exclusive deal with ROH. Don't know what this means in regard to their PWG status.
