Havok just showed up at the SHINE iPPV tonight on WWNLive.com, helping Mia Yim out after a gang attack by VALKYRIE. Havok wasn't advertised for the UK tour, and I got a DM earlier today saying that Havok wasn't under TNA contract... so I guess the Kong angle will be writing Havok out of TNA?

Considering Talent is forbidden from doing iPPV shows for promotions, looks that way.

So the division now with Velvet and Havok gone is
Kong Gail Madison Angelina Tessmacher Tayrn Rebel
The only halfway scent one one the list are Gail, Kong, Madison, and maybe Angelina. I don't know why the even bother having a division anymore.
I also don't see why any female indy worker would sign with them after seeing what happened with the likes of Havok, Santanna, and even Lei'd Tappa and Taeler Hendrix.

I don't watch TNA. Did she put over Kong before her departure?

I don't watch TNA. Did she put over Kong before her departure? {Spoiler} It hasn't aired yet but yes. She loses to Kong on a future episode of Impact.

When she was first signed I read online about how great she was in the indies and how she'd be a big star in TNA. She never impressed me once, her face paint looked horrible and she looked like a goth girl going to a concert.
Happy to see her go.

The booking did her no favors, she was brought in as a dominating monster, but she had an even brawl with Gail right away. They had the battle royal to determine a new number 1 contender, and instead of wrecking shit and winning in about 5 minutes, she sold for Velvet and Rebel, and took way too long to win. In her matches with Gail, Gail got in way too much offense, even when she was injured. They tried to make her a monster, without letting her do what monsters do, destroy everyone.

I think the booking should be blamed also but she was being heavily hyped by the IWC as being this great wrestler and I never saw that. TNA did give her the opportunity to prove herself against Gail and those matches were pretty unimpressive.

I'm sure we all know my feelings toward Havok (She's shit) so this doesn't upset me. It does deflate the division even further, though, and that's not something that needs to happen right now. The division used to be the reason people tuned it to watch the show, and now it's not even a shell of it's former self.
Someone who watches women's indy wrestling: name me some women that could be used to freshen this division up that aren't like Brittany or Havok.

Honestly I'm not a big women's indy wrestling guy but what about Shazza McKenzie? Don't know if she'd pack everything up from Australia and move to Florida full time for the wages TNA pays people but she's hot, is a decent enough wrestler, adds some international flavour to the division and could maybe help get the Australian's interested in TNA. I think she's only 25-26 as well so if TNA desired she could stick around for a long time.

She looks like Candice Lerae a bit ... maybe they could use her in the role that Candice fills, just not against men. I'm sure she could be a solid underdog wrestler with a lot of heart.

Candice LeRae is someone they should consider also. Has a pretty solid fan base and it's a damn shame that the only time they used her it was as enhancement talent.

Just bringing in an Australian isn't going to fix them cancelling the only tour of Australia that they ever announced.

I can only imagine Havok's probably better off leaving, anyway, since with Kong on the roster, she's pretty much redundant.
Out of available talents, I wonder how many are within their price point and who also aren't deterred by their frankly abysmal treatment of talent at times, especially female. If I was a wrestler, I'd have to wonder if Daffney or Roxxi could be indicative of how I'd be treated, for instance, and while TV exposure is nice, they also have a smaller audience than they used to. Might not be worth the risk with people who can already get booked places.
