I'd rather have Havok than Kong in TNA to do the monster gimmick. Havok's hot for a big girl.

What the hell?
The knockouts division especially, and the TNA roster generally, is a damn revolving door of talent. If I were a female indy talent, I'd try a thousand times to get to NXT before even considering being a 'knockout'.
What a joke that she's gone already.

Out of available talents, I wonder how many are within their price point and who also aren't deterred by their frankly abysmal treatment of talent at times, especially female. If I was a wrestler, I'd have to wonder if Daffney or Roxxi could be indicative of how I'd be treated, for instance, and while TV exposure is nice, they also have a smaller audience than they used to. Might not be worth the risk with people who can already get booked places. Pretty much. Let's take a look at someone like Leva Bates, she probably makes more on the indys than she would in TNA, there's also the fact she's appeared on NXT a few times, and despite not having a contract they've booked a feud for her. So she'd want to leave the WWE door open, and not go to TNA where she'd make less money than she does on the indys and wouldn't have the chance to jump to WWE. They could try to sign Scarlett Bordeaux, but she's been a Rosebud on quite a few occasions, so she's on WWE's radar. That's not even getting into the money she'd make on the indys compared to TNA. Hell they could try to get Maria when her ROH contract ends, but she's going where Bennett is going, and given that New Japan has used those 2 a few times, I see them staying on the indys instead of going to TNA. Hell, Bennett could go to Japan and maybe they join The Bullet Club. Those are just a few examples, but the bigger names are going to make more money on the indys.

I think right now despite the way WWE treats the diva, there is optimism based upon how the NXT woman are doing. Womans wrestling is making a viable comeback in the E and that bodes well for the ladies in a few years when/ if they get that call, they can make that choice on whether to stay or go.

TNA should look into hiring someone with an established fan base for their women's division. None of the current Knockouts have a huge fan base of loyal fans but hiring someone like Ashley, Kelly Kelly, Maria etc probably could give them a small ratings boost for a week or two. It would be up to TNA to hook those new fans but those girls do have Amazon Wishlist fans who will do anything the girls say.
I guess the issue comes down to money though. The cheapest one on that list would likely be Maria and she seems to be pretty loyal to ROH.

When she was first signed I read online about how great she was in the indies and how she'd be a big star in TNA. She never impressed me once, her face paint looked horrible and she looked like a goth girl going to a concert. Happy to see her go. You just described every TNA arrival since Joe showed up. That was the last time TNA debut talent lived up to expectations.

A bit of a shame. At least she got a Championship run.

No, the last thing TNA needs to do again is to hire some Ex WWE person to come down for a paid vacation and quarter ass it like all the others have done. Hiring some Ex WWE won't magically turn the ratings into 3.0s despite what they think.

Considering Talent is forbidden from doing iPPV shows for promotions, looks that way. So they brought back the booking restrictions? Yeesh.

Bob Ryder tweeted that Havok will be at TNA's tapings in February, so it appears they'll allow their wrestlers to appear on other promotions' PPVs or iPPVs now, it looks like.

Since the original is back in TNA, there really is no need for the latest in the long line of Amazing Kong wannabes. For her sake, Havok better hope she is gone so she can rehab her image. The longer she stays in TNA, the more Havok's stock falls.

What is she going to do? Go back to beating up on Gail Kim?

Even if she is still signed, Havok is officially damaged goods. The aura of a monster was ruined less than a month in and she's officially been outmonstered by Kong. What does she do now? She really can't be built up again easily.

I also don't see why any female indy worker would sign with them after seeing what happened with the likes of Havok, Santanna, and even Lei'd Tappa and Taeler Hendrix. Dixie: "You women don't know what you want. Cause your stupid. Just tell me what is wrong with my freaking show?!?!?!"

There was that prolonged vision of her in the crowd at an NXT taping right before she appeared on TNA. Maybe WWE have kept an eye on her?
They need to sign Blue Pants first but they clearly know who Havok is with that moment on NXT.

They definitely have an uphill climb ahead of them to prove to the womens' wrestling community that they won't screw them on pay or give them a pittance to begin with. With the roster being smaller, there's no reason why the women they bring in full time shouldn't be given a solid salary; then, if they decide to bring other talent in on a per-appearance basis, it'd only be for a taping or two, so far less harm done in that case. After everything they've pulled with many of the KOs (including their own friggin' champions), they'd better not anticipate a rush of signings any time soon, because they've got a crapload to make up for. Bob Ryder tweeted that Havok will be at TNA's tapings in February, so it appears they'll allow their wrestlers to appear on other promotions' PPVs or iPPVs now, it looks like. We talked about that in another thread, and the more I read of people saying it the more hopeful I get. Seriously hope that's the case; it's needed.
