The reason why I say NXT over WWE bwcause well NXT does better with there wrestlers. Who on the TNA roster you think would do great in NXT?

I like Samuel Shaw and think with a re tweak on the gimmick a bit he can be successful down there. He has the look and when he started the gimmick he has now it was a nice suprise. He needs to cover the nasty tats tho.

You're being a bit unclear. I think you're asking which TNA wrestlers would do well on NXT, but you're also kind of asking what TNA wrestlers would do on NXT.
I'll answer both with one mini-rant/mini-fantasy booking: I'd hire Austin Aries, Eddie Edwards, Davey Richards, Low-Ki, Samoa Joe, TJ Perkins, James Storm, Bobby Roode, Havok and Gail Kim and KEEP THEM ON NXT.
I'd then end NXT being WWE's developmental, instead having it be it's own brand entirely. The names above wrestling alongside Zayn, Owens, Balor, Itami, Neville, Breeze, Kalisto, Hunicara, Charlotte, Sasha, Bayley and Bliss.
I'd take Kidd and Cesaro from the WWE roster and add them to NXT as well, since they obviously have no f***ing clue what to do with him.
All of the rest of the current NXT/developmental roster would stay as such, but without being the focus of a weekly show. Individual workers would get seasoning working dark matches/house shows in front of live crowds until they're ready for either WWE or NXT television.
I'd do this while keeping Triple H in charge of NXT.
It would probably be ruined ala WCW Saturday Night or WWE's ECW once the "main" brand realized how much better it was than it, but it would be nice while it lasted.

Magnus is the only guy I could see NXT picking up ever. Guys like Aries, Roode, Joe and Storm are too old for NXT deals. It seems as if the 31-32 age range is as old as NXT will hire unless you're truly amazing.

Outside of Magnus I can't really think of one if you inject any amount of realism into the equation.
Aged roster and the some of the younger members of the roster were with WWE before - a lot had temperament issues. Shame Michael Hutter wasn't born 5 years earlier and wasn't assigned to NXT instead of FCW. Realism has to come into it too. Havok was flat out told they weren't interested in her body type.

Austin Aries and Samoa Joe I would pick up regardless of their age, because they can still really go. Also Spud, Gail, Bram, Havok, EC3, Robbie E. and Sanada.
The others I'm either not that big a fan of (Lashley, Roode, Magnus, the Wolves) or have way too much TNA stink on them at this point (Shaw, Abyss, Gunner, Storm, EY).

Austin Aries-Too Small, comes across as a less talented CM Punk Eddie Edwards- Too Vanilla, not marketable Davey Richards- Too stiff and rumor has it he's a jackass Low-Ki- Too small, stiff Samoa Joe-5 years too late TJ Perkins- sure James Storm-3 years ago, sure, now, not so much Bobby Roode- if he signs right now, still has a shot at making it to the main events, another year or two, it's over for him Havok- too fat Gail Kim- they tried it twice, it didn't workout too well Magnus would do great if they sign him, the dude looks like a star. I hope Bram gets a second shot too, guy is fantastic.

You might also want to read what I posted rather than assume I meant signing everyone and putting them on the main roster. Hell, it's like you didn't read my post at all, bar skimming the names I listed, and then decided to quote it (incorrectly).

But yeah, TJ Perkins is a very skilled wrestler. Currently wrestles in TNA as Manik. Either way, as I said before, that list is people who I'd sign to make NXT it's own brand, not for WWE's main roster. (Edit: And for the record, I'm not a fan of Low-Ki or Richards at all. To the point where I pretty much despise them. I just think they'd have good matches with the top half of the current NXT roster. As soon as others were brought up they would be sent packing.)

Magnus & Bram are really the only guys that are young enough and possessing enough qualities that I can see getting hired. Magnus is young, has a great look and is average in the ring but that provides enough to work with. Bram is pretty good and just looks like a wildman.

No biggie.
