So, it might have been one night in one of the toughest cities in the wrestling world, but not even The Rock could get people to cheer for Roman Reigns. If this creates a movement where people rally against Reigns, will they change the planned (and announced) WrestleMania main event of Roman Reigns vs. Brock Lesnar?

It's unbelievable that one year later we're right back here again.
"Can they possibly do this main event where their face is going to get brutally booed?"
"They have to change the main event, right?"
Deja f***ing vu, man.

They didn't learn a thing from last year and considering that, we're only going to have to voice our opinion louder this year.
If it doesn't change, they're screwed.

I'd be shocked if it doesn't stay Reigns/Lesnar. Reigns has been groomed for this match pretty much since the Shield debuted. They knew there was going to be a backlash - that's why they had The Rock on hand. They are just that stubborn.

And the amazing thing is that this combo is the worst possible match of the available, reasonable options.
Bryan vs. Lesnar - The ultimate David vs. Goliath. Bryan shouldn't stand a chance after watching Lesnar destroy these huge dudes like Taker and Cena since he returned. Bryan is a phenomenal submission and technical wrestler. Heart of a lion. He'd have to be killed to be put down. Brute force vs. technical prowess. Crowd behind Bryan like never before, even though they all respect Lesnar. Amazing atmosphere.
Ziggler vs. Lesnar - He has two forgettable title reigns in his past, so this is Ziggler, having already triumphed over the Authority, trying to win the big one and cement himself once and for all. Athletic freak, phenomenal seller (Lesnar's moves would look murderous against Dolph), and a person the crowd is looking for that one final excuse to fully get behind and back. Would truly be the crowning of a new star.
Ambrose vs. Lesnar - The insane match. Lesnar broke HHH's bones, concussed and ended Taker, and suplexed Cena in to oblivion. Ambrose? Doesn't care. He will sacrifice his body to win the WWE Championship. To finally step out of the shadow of the Shield on his own. Lesnar could beat him within an inch of his life and the crazy son of a bitch would keep on coming. Some of the hope spots in the match would be out of this world.
Those are all potentially special because all three of those guys are made to fight a monster like Lesnar. Reigns is going to .. what? Hit him really hard? He hasn't had a single...singles match where he has shown he's remotely ready for this. Closest he came was an alright back and forth with Orton. Not only is it the least interesting scenario by FAR, it's the one who is least prepared to go between the ropes for 25 minutes.

We're only 2 hours removed so no. If this is still happening around Fast Lane they will have to do something even if Roman, Brock and Seth all turn and really, that doesn't seem so unlikely.

Deja f***ing vu, man. It's pretty sad, isn't it? And yeah, there's no way they change the main event this year. They've got their guy in place and they're going all the way with it.

It can be saved if they just make Reigns a full blown heel and make Lesnar the face.

I think it depends on the next couple crowds. This is the first crowd to 100%crap on reigns. If this catches on they have to think about changing.

Vince won't be swayed 2 years in a row.
If Reigns is intended to be the next Cena, then WWE won't give a shit about the reactions he gets, they'll just move ahead with what entertains Vince.
If anything, I wouldn't have a problem if they moved ahead the way they do, only have Lesnar retain and Rollins successfully cashes in afterward.

I'm not sure about that given Reigns doesn't have the merch sales, promo skills, in-ring skills or the connection with the crowd to do what Cena's done. They'd have to be the dumbest company in America to go through after that. We'll see if it's true soon.

All three of those are solid matchups which the crowd would get completely behind, and could be MOTY contenders. And yet, this is what we're getting instead.

I think we will see Rollins cashing it in the mainevent and winning the title to end the show. I'll f***ing cry laughing if Reigns wins the title, Rollins cashes it in, and Reigns quickly spears him retaining the championship to close the show.

Way too early to tell. Have to see how the crowd treats Reigns outside of Philly throughout the next 2 months. I'm looking for him to get a Cena reaction at most from the non-hardcore crowds.

I seriously doubt they'll change it. They seem completely set on Reigns beating Lesnar regardless of what the crowd says.
As a fan in attendance, I really hope they do.

It can be saved if they just make Reigns a full blown heel and make Lesnar the face. And I honestly think they'll do that if Reigns gets the Philly reaction everywhere he goes from now on. They already seem to be making Lesnar the face with him bravely battling through a broken rib, why not go all the way with it and have Heyman turn on the him in favor of Reigns. Just close the show with something else.

Unlike last year they really backed themselves into a corner. Last year Bryan wasn't in the rumble so it was easy to just put him in the main event. This year we have Brock who will likely leave after wrestlemania And has been booked like a monster, so you would have to have someone beat him one on one to get the rub. Reigns already one the rumble clean so they're pretty much stuck with reigns\lesnar

Yep. Honestly I wouldn't be too terribly surprised if in the interview with Austin Triple H just flat out says, "Reigns is the man now. If you don't like it, stop watching, because it's not changing."
