If at all possible I'm going to try to plan a vacation to see the string of March tapings.

As pointed out by Shake Them Ropes, Orlando will be the centre of pro wrestling for pretty much an entire week in February...
February 11th: NXT Takeover February 12th: NXT Tapings and TNA February 13th-15th: TNA February 16th: Monday Night RAW and TNA February 18th: NXT Tapings
February 17th is SmackDown in Fort Lauderdale... so you could have a week's holiday in Orlando and go to pro wrestling pretty much every single day!

This is where TNA should be permanently. Cheaper to run, easier to produce etc etc.
TNA should be a studio show and put the money they lose on NYC tours or whatever into better talent and marketing. We all know they'll likely be back at the Manhattan Center before the end of the year though.

TNA should thank their lucky stars that the Impact Zone is still available to them. If they can eliminate the cost of taping shows on the road, then they've likely saved a ton of money. Of course, whether that puts them in good financial shape overall is another story.

They just can't make up their minds on thisImpact Zone thing can they? They left on good terms, but when traveling got too expensive and they had no backup plan, the old Impact Zone had been booked up. However, it seems like they've got agreements now with the Casino in Allentown, the Hammerstein Ballroom, and the Impact Zone. Plus it was rumored Destination America was looking into potential venues in the Midwest. Long story short, leaving was fine. Booking yourself in arenas you had no business going to with no backup plan or advertising? Not so good.

In my opinion having most of the shows at the Impact Zone was a good idea. They just should have treated those fans better. I just think it's amusing that TNA returns to the Impact Zone almost as often as Angle signs a new contract.

So the return of plants that miss their cues and bored tourists wondering why Cena isn't coming out. That's what it had become at the end.

They just need to stay in the damn Impact Zone. I know we were all clamoring for them to get out, but they still looked more legit with the permanent setup in the Impact Zone than they have for pretty much the past two or three years.

I read that leasing the Impact Zone costs them just 50,000 a year and they can use it whenever they want. That was the smaller 600-700 seat studio but if TNA went back to Universal permanently they could do 6 PPV's a year, TV Tapings and the ONO PPV's. This would give them the potential to go back to taping 2 weeks in advance instead of 2 months. They could leave once a year for the UK Tour and MAYBE Japan if they made money off of BFG but the days of going to NYC and spending 100,000 dollars to draw 650 people should be over.
Also this idea would open up the door for more talent to come in. Maybe instead of going to NYC you can bring in Alberto Del Rio for a 6 week program against your champion?

They'll be at Soundstage 20 this time. The Impact Zone was Soundstage 21 and their last tapings at Universal were at Soundstage 19.

I know we were all clamoring for them to get out, but they still looked more legit with the permanent setup in the Impact Zone than they have for pretty much the past two or three years. Honestly, I think TNA should do SOME touring. Maybe not national, but keeping it to the Southeastern states and doing their "big" shows in places like the Manhattan Center, Hammerstein, ECW Arena, etc. Also, Impact Zone or no Impact Zone, whether they look "legit" or not, I feel that it's more important for TNA to try to make it so that they can tape weekly rather than doing block tapings. The block tapings are a huge mess when it comes to things like Title changes and the like. I think if they run one show a week to tape for TV, they'd be set.

why are they still doing One Night Only? The Challenge TV contract includes one "PPV" a month.
