He looks terrible against Kane. Definitely rusty.
And he does need a haircut, too.

I"m on board with the hair cut and beard trim thing. Not getting rid of it or buzzing it mind you but I think he could go back to the winter 2013 to summer 2013 look and be fine.

He does need a haircut and beardcut (is that a word), but Kane's the problem, not DB
Kane is old, and slow and boring. Not much DB could do with him.

Yeah, it's DBry's fault that Kane is a 47 year old that is so beyond stale in and out of the ring that he makes RVD seem like the freshest character in wrestling history.

Bryan needs some better people to work with... Kane and Wyatt really aren't the best with his style, Kane especially...

The haircut and beard trimming ain't hapening. I hear from a source that Brie has a raging 19th century gold miner fetish.
And he's desperate to get away from Kane. Same with Reigns when it comes to Big Show.

Agree that Kane's not the perfect possible opponent, but they worked better together before DB's injury.
I'm not saying he's lost it or that he's never going to be the same, just that after a long time off he's going to need a few months -- or at least a few weeks -- to get back to full speed and shake off the rust. Same as anyone ever has or would in that situation.

They did lose the crowd. I'm pretty sure I heard a light "overrated" chant, did anybody else catch it? They also chanted "We want Lesnar".

He needs time and that's why I think him and Lesnar would of been a bad idea. Nobody really knows for sure how "healthy" he really is. Lesnar when going against smaller opponents, he needs to rag doll them because when they do their comeback he sells very well. I think there's no doubt he will be in the Summerslam main event but for now he just needs to get his legs under him with a good story behind him.

The fact 30% of this thread has mentioned his hair and beard again makes me laugh anytime I see people whinging about WWE picking people on the "look".
Jesus wept.... because he looks the same as Bryan. You're all sinners.

I always assumed they put Kane in the suit so he wouldn't have to wrestle as much and this would give him a break. Maybe because of the injuries to the roster that changed but he's been going strong for a long time and he def needs to slow down. Let him do the advisor thing or even GM when authority isn't around like he was doing before.

Some people should be watching America's Next Top Model, instead of a professional wrestling show. Part of being a man is that you don't care about your look, or comment on other people's hairstyles. If you do, it's time to give up your man card and buy a purse.

There's a difference between saying that Bryan would be more marketable if he simply trimmed his beard and ditched the samurai hair, and saying that a guy should be pushed simply because of his look, regardless of ability.

I just find the hypocrisy on this forum quite stupid. That's just me. You can't moan about Roman's push on his look when you whinge about Bryan having a particular look. It's one or the other in my book.
