OK, that was pretty damn funny, and more of a poke rather than SHOTS FIRED. {Spoiler}{Spoiler}{Spoiler}It's a disco ball, of course.

That seems... dumb. I dunno. Funkasaurus was a fun gimmick, and he's what? Generic security guy #556 in TNA?

I wouldn't have an issue if TNA just wanted to throw this in at the end of a meaningful segment or something for a giggle but this has been produced and uploaded simply to take a jab at the WWE and it's really tiring to see TNA still trying this.
I will admit I used to mark for the "war" type scenarios when I thought TNA could one day compete with WWE but WWE has kicked TNA's ass, mauled it's carcass and tossed it off a cliff. TNA are in no position to be mocking WWE.

That may be the best WWE swipe they've ever taken...which isn't saying much, but hey, better than what we've been accustomed to over the years.
Go figure, something subtle and funny instead of something loud, obnoxious, and hitting the audience like a ton of bricks works better. It's SCIENCE!

Nice litte segment. No harm done, no "they held me back and now this is the real me" bullcrap they often do. Just some subtle comedy.
EC3 continues to show why he's great and the highlight of the show each week.

Hahahahaha...iiiiiit's shit like this that's gonna keep him from getting rehired by the WWE eventually. It's amazing how you can be the most respectful to WWE you can be if you get released, and just being in TNA with their inability to not take shots at their non-existent competition drags people down.

Holy shit some of the reactions in here are asinine. "LOOK AT WHERE YOU ARE NOW" "SWIPE AT WWE AGAIN" Jesus, it was a funny subtle call back to his old and lame gimmick, and it was short/harmless. Why is everyone so damn sensitive about that?

Like I said in another thread I can't watch TNA anymore due to moving/channel not available here....but yeah that was some harmless fun really.
I mean with TNA it's an improvement...normally they'd have him come out in a dinosaur costume to Superfly or something.

Why is everyone so damn sensitive about that? I'm not sensitive, I was just pointing out that at least Funkasaurus was a gimmick, generic security heavy is not, so the shot seemed weird.

I'm also not sensitive I just think TNA producing an angle for the sole purpose of mocking the WWE is a bit petty and silly.

The thing that Tyrus fears the most is no longer being the leader of Chicago's Archons because the new Primogen no longer trusts Inyana. At least, in the old Chicago. Haven't kept up with the new one.
