Let's see if his earlier stuff still hold up against the Triple Threat Match.
I'm curious if the Extreme Rules and Summerslam CM Punk match hold up against memorable recent matches such as vs. John Cena at Summerslam 2014 and Royal Rumble 2015.
What's your favorite?

Looking at that list, man if Brock leaves us again, he will be missed.
With the exception of the HHH matches, the rest of them have all been memorable for different reasons. If only he just busted out the SSP for his last match ever. That would be a mark out moment.

The rumble match last week was the best final 1 minute of a wwe match in years. But the Punk match was best match of either guys wwe career.

The thing about the Punk match I don't like is all the interference from Heyman, Brock being booked as that kind of heel doesn't work for me. He's the monster heel, he shouldn't need that kind of stuff, as much as I love Heyman.
His character since beating the streak makes his matches much more exciting to me, the one sided match at Summerslam was his best match ever at that point to me. Compelling to watch. But the three-way with Rollins and Cena is even better, and is more of a rewatchable kind of match, so I'd say that's his best.

For me its easily the Punk match. He's had several really good ones, but the Punk one was just perfect from a storytelling perspective, and thats the type of 'big match' I eat up.

If I had to rank them:
1) Triple Threat 2) vs Cena at Extreme Rules 3) vs Punk 4) vs Cena at SummerSlam 5) vs Triple H at SummerSlam
Every other match does nothing for me, the two other HHH matches sucked, the Big Show match was a squash, the Cena rematch was bad storytelling, and the sloppiness of the Taker match left me annoyed.

Brock Lesnar vs CM Punk may be my favorite match ever.

The triple threat is probably better, but I prefer the Extreme Rules match and even his Summerslam w/ Cena because they had a much different feel about them. Those two matches felt different than most any match ever.

I didn't think he would have a match that would top the Punk one in this run. Sunday's totally did.

The Rumble triple threat was insanely good. Genuinely one of the most entertaining matches I've ever seen.

That Rumble Triple Threat is the only Brock match I'd actually see again since he's returned.
That says a lot.

I've enjoyed every match he has had since coming back.
But the Rumble triple threat was on another level. When he shows up at the end to rip a hole through Rollins I was marking out like an idiot.

I'll try and rank them...
1. Cena, Extreme Rules 2. Cena/Rollins, Royal Rumble 3. Punk, Summerslam 4. Cena, Summerslam 5. Triple H, Summerslam 6. Cena, Night of Champions 7. Triple H, Extreme Rules 8. Triple H, Wrestlemania 9. Undertaker, Wrestlemania 10. Big Show, Royal Rumble
Pretty big gap after the first 4, and the last three pretty much just flat out suck. I still feel like his first match against Cena is the best, because it's just perfection as far as story goes.

That Triple Threat was outstanding. I loved the Punk match, but the storytelling in the Rollins/Cena match and the effort from all three guys was top notch.

Here's what's frustrating about WWE's booking. The vast majority said the best Brock matches involved people Brock never wrestled before (Punk, Rollins). To which I say "NO SHIT." But no, WWE gave us a million and one rematches which were all "good" but had much more potential to be GREAT if they just freshened things up more. We could have had Cesaro, Rusev, Ryback, Bryan, etc. Stupid.

It's so weird when you think about it and see all of Lesnar's recent matches listed like that. John Cena's had as many matches this year as Lesnar's had in the past 10 years.
