So if he's found guilty the other case and gets life in that too, where does he serve his sentence in? If he's found guilty in the double homicide, he'd still be in Massachusetts state prisons since it took place in Boston three years ago. As for the Florida charge of attempted murder and a few other pieces, they will not take him down there since he's already serving life w/ no parole in Massachusetts (that's what murder-one's minimum and maximum sentence is in Massachusetts) from the death of Odin Lloyd.

Go to prison and rot. I shed no tears for that son of a bitch.
I apologize, because his mom might have been a nice lady.
But her son's an asshole.

Bucs acquired DE George Johnson and a 2015 seventh-round pick from the Lions in exchange for a 2015 fifth-round pick.

There's gotta be a way that Hernandez, Sharper, and Lawrence Phillips can all share a cell and have some wacky prisoner adventures, complete with laugh track.

Yeah, the trials and sentences will be purely symbolic since he's already serving life without parole and Massachusetts doesn't have the death penalty. Keep in mind the death penalty IS on the table for the Boston Marathon bomber that's considered a federal crime. Just in case people were wondering why it's on the table for one and why it isn't for the other.
Hernandez's lawyers will be seeking an appeal, but I don't think they have much of a case. Jury did a good job of explaining how they came to a guilty verdict without a reasonable doubt, in spite of not having the literal smoking gun.

ESPN New York reports the Giants don't know whether Victor Cruz will recover from his torn patellar tendon. He'll recover, but it is a very serious injury. Especially for a guy whose game is quickness and cuts. That's maybe the worst lower-body injury these days. It used to be a torn ACL was a 2-3 year injury and a career changer. But now, ACLs aren't a big deal. Patella tears are very serious. That's a legitimate year-long rehab time, and you could come back as a noticably less explosive player.

NFL Media analyst Daniel Jeremiah says it's more likely that Georgia RB Todd Gurley goes in the top 10 than that he goes at the end of Round 1.

Life in prison "without parole"
I've never heard of life in prison "with parole".

Life in prison "without parole" I've never heard of life in prison "with parole". If you get sentenced to just life in prison, you're eligible for parole after 25 years.

I don't think there is a very good chance Gurley goes top 10. He's a top 10 talent, but too many questions. He's coming off an injury. His upright running style is questionable in terms of his health concerns. It's worked for DeMarco Murray though. And old style draft thinking says you wait on a RB. Do you pass on Fowler, Beasley, Dupree as a pass rusher or White, Cooper as a WR for him? And who in the 5-10 range needs a RB? Tre Mason looks good for the Rams, Forte is getting long in the tooth for Chicago but RB isn't a very big need for them, the Giants look ok with Jennings/Williams. The Jets maybe, but much more likely the Falcons. And even they are not terribly likely. They need help on both lines.

You know what one of my favorite draft moments was? The thought that Dontari Poe was a horrible pick for my Chiefs. Ha. Ha. HAHAHAHAHA! Man, glad I was wrong.
So, yeah, dream draft is Eric Kendricks in the 1st & Tyler Lockett in the 2nd.

What about Ameer Abdullah? Where do you think he'll fall to? Abdullah is in that group with Duke Johnson and TJ Yeldon. Given that there are only about 2 RBs that are widely projected to go in the first 48 picks, there should be a bit of a run on them after that. He could go as high as the Detroit/Arizona area, as both of those teams are in need of a rushing compliment to Ellington and Bell. Lowest he should go is late round 3.

Wishlist for me: He goes to Dallas. He'll likely be there round 2, but hoping for round 3 where you pick in the order is pushing it. Duke Johnson would also be a good fit as a game-breaking RB. Abdullah is the more polished rusher, but given Johnson's speed and playmaking ability and the size of the holes that the Boys' O-line makes.....it seems like a hair of a better fit. But either really would bring their offense way back up from Joseph Randle. Who, while not bad, isn't the guy you want to get 15+ carries a game.
