Austin, with Hogan(when motivated) coming next, then Cena, then Rock. Not saying Rock sucks or anything close to that, but he's very athletically gifted and charismatic, which brought him to the party more than skill did. Cena is in a somewhat similar boat, but I think he meshes better with a variety of opponents than Rock did.

I was a fan from late 80s to mid 90s, fell away for a couple years (mostly due to not having access to WWE) then came back in late 97 and fell away in early 2000's (maybe something like 02-03). As such I missed most of Austin's best years. Honestly, the main thing I remember from him is a Lou Thesz press and excessive Stunners. That said I did mark for him until he became a complete dick late in his run (the stunning Stacy days) but the Lou Thesz press is what sticks in my mind.
With Rock what sticks in my mind are Rock Bottom, Peoples elbow and those stupid little wavy kicks he did. Great on the mic but that's what I remember of him in ring mostly. Stupid little wobbly kicks.
Hogan, I was a huge mark for him as a kid and loved Hulkamania but I missed most of his WWE run and what I mostly remember is WCW Hogan who I felt was mostly hot garbage. He had great psychology and I"m sure when he was younger he had better matches but the memories that stick with me most were him as a boring ass wrestler who made little effort with his moves.
Cena I've yet to see on the downward end and I know people complain about his five moves of doom. However, this is a guy who is known for being able to pull serviceable to great matches out of people who are mostly known for bad matches. He's worked with just about everyone and while there are plenty of reasons to be a critic, he does some fantastic work. It might be unfair that I vote for him as I mostly remember unflattering stuff for the older three but there it is.
