At least MediEvil looks like a blast. It does, that’s the thing and Away: Survival Series looks GREAT. I just wish there was more to it. Like, more shots of gameplay or feature discussions or something. Make yourself stand out more from Nintendo.

Been playing Exist Archive lately.
It may be Tri-Ace, but man, I'm getting _nothing_ out of it.

FFVII Remake news will be out in a month. So E3 I assume. If they're literally just going to copy Final Fantasy XV with a different game engine, they better include a cooking mechanic for the hell of it. Also; I bet it'll be released in chapters, with the first chapter to be released in 2023.

So I was really happy to be able to change my PSN id and then find out it's less of a hassle to just keep the one I have now. Like...yikes.
It's like Sony made it such a gamble on purpose to spite everyone asking for it for so long.

I probably only need two to three more solid play sessions to finish God of War. Man, what a an experience so far. Such a beautiful game. Story is really strong. Just when I think I've settled in, the story and skills get a slight change to keep me on my feet.
I also literally have no idea what's going to happen. I don't want it to end, but I want to know!!!

Looks like you can cycle to each character in your party though to switch things up. Don't mind it tbh, thought the system was fun. Though, without Noctis's warp ability I'm curious if combat will be as fluid as XV's.

New Predator game coming out in 2020 from the makers of Friday the 13th. Same styles of game, multiplayer, one person controls Predator and the rest are soldiers.

So expect crazy bugs at launch. they are partnered with Sony and Fox on this one instead of Gun Media so I'd expect it to be higher budget and more polished. hope so anyways.

Days Gone totally won me over. Good game. Definitely worth a pickup, and if you’re on the fence get it when it goes on sale. It’s worth it.
To quote the game’s “Radio Free Oregon,” “DONT believe the lies!”

So a couple of games are on sale that have my attention. Ubisoft has a sale with a bunch of Assassin's creed games on sale. I keep circling around Origins because I enjoy Odyssey. However, the other AC games are on sale so I'm wondering if I should bite the bullet on the Enzo trilogy and the Black Flag/Unity/Syndicate bundle as well.
Also I'm kind of interested in Monster Hunter world, but I'm iffy on it. I may just try a demo before.

I didn’t love Black Flag because of the naval combat, but Unity and Stnducate were both awesome IMO. I know Unity gets a bad wrap, but I enjoyed it greatly. Haven’t got around to the Ezio Trilogy yet.

I can vouch on Syndicate, it’s a great game. It’s the closest I believe that the AC series comes to being like an Batman Arkham game (and well, it is the last game before the recent shift that the series has done)

Been meaning to say this for a bit but I brought (and completed) Shakedown Hawaii. It’s freaking great.
The story is bare bones and not exactly full of sympathetic characters but it’s a lot of fun to play and enough variety to keep you going.
And they’ve recently done some updates that include more shakedown activities and convenience features to make stuff easier so now is a good time to try it.
It’s from the developers of Retro City Rampage and it’s made me want to play that more to compare and contrast.

I finished AC Odyssey (If it weren't for spellcheck I'd be spelling that differently every single time) and... yeah, it was enjoyable but it didn't really feel like it had a proper ending. I'm guessing there's more in whatever expansions are available but I've had enough of it for now.
Now I'm back to playing Trials Rising again (anybody else playing it?). I could see this being a game that I keep coming back to for years and its one of those games that has the "one more go" effect: You know which bit you screwed up on and are convinced that you'll get it next time. When you do finally get it all in one run, you notice that you're a few tenths off the next medal and well, you're sure you could save a bit of time on some of those jumps...

Assassin's Creed II is part of the enzo trilogy and probably a top 10 video game I've ever played. It looks breathtaking on the PS4 as well. Def cop. I ride hard for Syndicate as well. Tremendous layout and score. If that one is significantly cheaper than the bundle as a standalone, scoop it. I didn't care much for the Syndicate DLC either, but the game itself is spellbinding.

Been playing GTA V. I had it for Xbox360 but never really got into it. It's fun so far. I like the characters but the story isn't really gripping me.
There are just no games in the immediate future that look interesting to me.

Classic for $29. Worth it?

Classic for $29. Worth it? Oh yeah, probably. I think there’s enough good titles at that price to be worth it.

Classic for $29. Worth it? Def. Rayman loads super fast and makes and classic game even better, and Intelligence Qube has aged incredible well.
