To me, it feels like:
*Doing everything the WWE does NOT do because of the PG Era (excess blood, crude angles, focusing sex as the primary reason to care for the Knockouts) while doing anything the WWE keeps screwing up with as opposed to being a "serious" alternative. *Bookers and writers who don't understand that it's not early 1999 anymore, and still write as such. *An inability to properly develop and promote new talent. *A focus on presenting the show's mechanics differently instead of modifying the show itself whenever moved to a new network. *An eager willingness to accept anything, no matter the cut in profit or viewership, because of the refusal to change any of the above.
How do you interpret this company as far as their overall strategy to building their stake and making money?

All TNA know about philosophy is that it begins with an 'f'.

TNA's overall philosophy:
-Be WCW. -Solidify yourself as the number two promotion, by hook or by crook. Try to emulate WWE, but only to stay as WCW. -Hope that fans who are dissatisfied by the monopoly of WWE will flock to your promotion and make you a success, allowing you to be WCW.

Throw whatever they can at the wall and see what sticks. If something is working but hasn't doubled ratings in the space of a year, throw it aside to make way for the next quick fix solution.

-Never take responsibility for their flaws -Blame others when things go wrong -Go against common sense -Copy and Ripoff everyone else. -Keep doing the Same Old Shit and expect it to work this time.

Make as close to no money as humanely possible. However, they're so bad at everything that they can't even do that properly.

From Dixie Carter herself:
"Living amuck, never giving a f*** Give Angle the keys, he's drunk And he's never driven a truck"

- Hire one of the best rosters of all time featuring tons of guys with potential like AJ, Daniels, Joe, Kazarian, Shelley, Sabin, Monty Brown, Chris Harris, James Storm, Austin Aries, Bobby Roode etc etc
- Feed them to aging WWE stars therefore giving them no room to grow in popularity and remaining in the upper midcard scene in TNA. Meanwhile, Kurt Angle Vs Sting headline Pay Per Views.
- Hire new rising stars
- Kill them off if they don't turn ratings around for 3-6 months effectively killing their careers
- Rinse and repeat until you're on a small dingy network desperately trying to convince the general wrestling population that you're in competition with WWE and still relevant despite the fact that a company that started in a rec hall in 2002 with a minimal budget is now about to surpass you.

Simple really
1. Look for the quick Fix. 2. Get any formed WWE talent and over push. 3. Heel faction. 4. Ignore fans.
