Who would you cast as the next Spider-Man for MCU?

With the forced departure of Andrew Garfield from the role (who was great in the role IMO) due to a reboot, what actor would you pick as the next Spider-Man for the MCU?

He might be considered too old, but I keep thinking Donald Glover. He definitely shouldn't be playing him in an origin story, but I think Marvel wants to have a Spider-Man whose already been Spider-Man for awhile. I realize there has been some online attention toward him getting the part, so that's probably why I think of him for it.

Tobey McGuire. It's actually Spider-Man 4 where Spidey gets the help of Nick Fury to babysit his 11-year old daughter.

I actually do want them to retcon the Toby Maguire movies into the MCU and have Toby play a retired Peter Parker who lost his powers or something. He is now training Miles Morales as the new Spidey (could be Donald Glover if they have him be college aged instead of a teen) Batman Beyond style and Miles joins the Avengers.

This also allows them to bring back James Franco as Harry and keep J.K. Simmons as Jameson.

I wouldn't be against Tobey returning. I do agree with Disney/Marvel that Andrew Garfield shouldn't return. He's got too much of the stench from the latest series.

I still don't understand why they feel the need to reboot the series and get rid of Garfield. I thought he was great in the role, but I also thoroughly enjoyed Amazing Spider-man 2.

I'm bummed it's no longer Garfield. Even if you hate the Amazing films (which makes you insane), you can't deny that he nailed it.

I believe they offered Garfield a chance to return in the next film, but he turned them down.

I'd go with a relative unknown myself; a fresh face to really contrast with the big stars of the MCU, just as Spider-Man is really the wide eyed kid compared to a lot of the heavy hitters like the Avengers.

I'm guessing it's due to the many cartoon series being targeted towards the wee folk.

If it were up to me I'd have Andrew Garfield in the role again and just retcon a lot of the stuff that Amazing Spider-Man 1 and 2 had in place. Since that's not happening I can honestly say I have no idea who I would cast.

Okay, if we HAVE to have damn Miles Morales, THIS would be the way to do it to keep me happy! Don't murder Peter and keep him as a mentor figure to Miles, and I'd be more enthusiastic for it.
