RIP I remember last year, he looked like in bad shape. He'll be best known as Spock, but his appearances on the Simpsons are also very memorable. It's one of those rare occurrences where I'm glad we didn't get George Takei for something

We are assembled here today to pay final respects to our honored dead. And yet it should be noted that in the midst of our sorrow, this death takes place in the shadow of new life, the sunrise of a new world; a world that our beloved comrade gave his life to protect and nourish. He did not feel this sacrifice a vain or empty one, and we will not debate his profound wisdom at these proceedings. Of my friend, I can only say this: of all the souls I have encountered in my travels, his was the most... human. *starts playing bagpipes with tears running down*

I hope they play Amazing Grace on the Bagpipes at his Funeral
It is the sendoff he truly deserves. A Pioneer of Sci Fi, one of the most famous Aliens and Hand Signs of all time
Rest in Peace Mr. Nimoy.

Underrated talent.
His work in Invasion of the Body Snatchers is unappreciated.

Oh and he was some pointy eared bloke on some kind of low budget sixties sci-fi series too. Seriously though he was one of the all time greats and one of the key reasons why Star Trek has became entrenched within our popular culture and he shall be missed.

Leonard Nimoy: Well, my work is done here.
Barney: What do you mean your work is done? You didn't do anything.
Leonard Nimoy: Heh, didn't I?
You sure did. RIP, Spock.

My father just texted me. He said that now we can have urban legends like those sightings of Elvis. "Think 'The Sesrch for Spock!'"
