It sounds like Rusev's reign has made it worth something, but honestly, the title hasn't really since the Brand Extension ended. It made sense to have two mid-card titles when they were defended on separate shows. But now, it seems a little pointless. Though, I would hate to see the title go.

It should be a huge angle with Rusev holding it and Cena trying to get it back for the USA (unless that's what they're doing. I've given up on Raw).

Ryder/Ziggler was one of the last high profile feuds. Cesaro had it for a while but mainly defended the title on pre shows or Raw/Main Event tapings and Ambrose had the belt but didn't really do anything with it.

Fast Lane 2015. It was defended in the semi main event. Was the title a major part of the feud build up? That plays a significant role in determining a belt's prestige. I doubt 3/4 of the audience even knew it was on the line until Cena ended his promo on the go home show saying he'd win the damn thing.
