No.
He was a limited wrestler, useless on the mic, with no charisma to speak of.
He was best used in a silent bodyguard/muscle role.

Wasn't he one of the greenest if not the greenest guy to ever debut? Like I read he only had wrestled a total of 17 matches in his career when he debuted From what I remember, he was really great for a green guy. I don't recall any incidents of him botching spots, hurting anyone, or having noticeably bad matches. Was Test the guy who injured someone in an early match, then dislocated Stevie Richards shoulder the next week? I've always attributed that to him.

I knew Andrew Martin back when he was bouncing at local clubs. Knowing him then, no way would Test be reliable enough to carry a main event program. One word sums it up...ego.

Not really as sure he had a great look and a mean big boot but other than that he really didn't bring much to the table.
Also his awful ECW didn't help matters as he looked like a roided up human orange who was peeling before our very own eyes.

Test was my favorite thing about the Alliance in 2001. He was on fire and really clicking as a heel, they never went anywhere with the Immunity thing and had him job to a midget tag team at the time which just killed his momentum and did nothing but drag Booker T down with him
I did love his "never-ending story" with Steiner and Keibler. Again, something that could have really been a big step for him, but it fizzled out.
He wasn't the best, but he filled a nice spot on the roster, and was one of the better big men at the time. And he seemed a nice guy in interviews. I miss him.

Could he? Sure. All they had to do was have him beat a bunch of people with a running boot, hype how no one can "Pass the Test." Then, at the Rumble, after Steve Austin was eliminated in the middle of the match by Jeff Jarrett, he would show up mid-way and kind of wait out to the end of the match where he would double eliminate Kane and Kurrgan after they combined forces to toss Tiger Ali Singh, Val Venis, and The Godfather. They'd then reveal that Mr. McMahon had secretly never been eliminated and had instead been hiding the entire time...only for Test to hit him with the running boot and immediately eliminate him while the announcers screamed about how this performance was amazing. Mötley Crüe would then appear out of nowhere and celebrate with their former bodyguard. He'd then beat Austin in the main event of the next PPV and Austin would shake his hand and tell him to go take down The Rock, while McMahon 'authoritative' Corporation keeps talking about how they can stop him...and then they don't. So...yes, he could. But should he?! IS HE READY? This is one of my favourite posts ever.

Bad Acting, Poor Mic Skills, Limited Move set highlighted by a couple nice big man moves. I think he could be main eventing a Wrestlemania

He was capable in the ring but a midcarder at best.

I know he legit destroyed Stevie Richards nose in his debut with a running double axe hammer.

Best big boot in the history of the business, could kinda fly for a big man and in 2001 or so was showing the ability to be carried to good matches - he could've got to title challenger status but never champion, he was too bad on the mic.

They could of gave him a shot at being a main eventer in 2003 instead of letting Triple H just fight all those ex WCW wrestlers that year.

I thought he sucked. Never a fan at all. And a main eventer in the time of Austin, Rock, HHH, Foley etc? Please.

I remember really liking him at one point. Definitely had a great look when he debuted. I definitely had a CAW in one of the n64 wrestling games that looked like him. I remember for a while it seemed like he might be going places, working with higher profile guys and was even in that stable with Mick Foley, Big Show and Shamrock (which sounded really cool until it was over faster than a 100m sprint). Also, his pumphandle slam was great. WWE champ? Not sure, my memory isn't solid about those times, mostly I have impressions of stuff in my memories.
