It's between Ryback and Sandow at the moment, I think.

My feeling is that he'll be going into the IC ladder match to make it an even six (Barrett, Bryan, Ambrose, Ziggler, Truth and Sheamus), and to give that match another heel. It's four faces feuding with Barrett at the moment.

Harper's a prime candidate should they decide to do it as an eight-man match, but then the trick is finding another heel for the 4 face/4 heel balance. Cesaro or Kidd would be great, but they're pre-occupied being the Tag Champs. (I don't really want to tempt fate by mentioning The Local Men... And I'm aware I just mentioned them, but I had to to make the point)

Whoever wins, I think it will be unexpected and a dark horse. The reason j say that is because none of the "credible" or "relevant" wrestlers seem to have anything going for them and I see Miz and Mizdow canceling each other out.

Andre the Giant was a movie star, it only makes sense that the man who wins it is a movie star, and even has one of the biggest movies of the year coming out around Mania, of course I'm talking about The Miz.

Axelmania runs wild.
But realistically I see Ryback, Sheamus, or Sandow capping off his long building face turn

In all seriousness, with him looking at more televised ring time via this feud with Kevin Owens, Riley's a great chance of ending up in this thing and at least crossing "Main card WrestleMania match" off the bucket list.
(Speaking of NXT, I wonder if they'll have any of the guys from there in this to fill out the field a bit)

Speaking of which, I think the winner of the ATGMBR needs to go after a midcard title. Maybe they can feud with whoever caused them the biggest problem in that match for a while and afterwards try to go against Cena or Ambrose (who will probably be IC Champion). We have the MITB winner in the main title hunt, that's great. The Rumble winner goes after the WWE Title. Apparently I hear they're setting it up as though the winner of a Summer PPV will headline Summerslam.
With that said, we need to make the winner of the ATGMBR go after a midcard belt. It doesn't have to outright be said, I'd rather it not be but I'd rather it be thrown in for natural progression. Cena and whoever wins the IC belt are actually going to try and elevate these micard titles. We need more things to reinforce that. More feuds.
I also say this is probably a Triple H idea. He was high on tag teams years ago and he helped improve the division. He used to never like women's wrestling allegedly but we see how that's changed, how NXT's divas are killing it and now he's trying to get it to the main roster. Triple H is just doing his best here. I imagine as more control he gets, the more each title will matter.
Finally here's a wild idea....have Neville debut at Wrestlemania and have him win it. Boom.

In before Alex Ri- Nevermind. On a serious note, I really would like Riley to win this year. Forget about "credibility" or "relevance". Don't look at the Battle Royal as the catalyst to a future uppercard push, since that worked out so well for Cesaro. Riley would be the best choice to win just for the emotional tearjerker "WrestleMania Moment". one of the good things about Alex Riley being held down for so long is that the performer can put across the littlest victories as huge milestones. If he won, but they did nothing with him afterwards, at least he would have that one big moment that he'd be remembered for.

Ryback has to be the favorite if this stacked IC match happens. Local men will probably be the last two eliminated in exactly the same way that happened at the rumble.

They're crazy not to give it to Miz or Mizdow. Miz for the massive heel heat he'd get by elimitating Mizdow as the final two, and Mizdow for the massive pop he'd get in the reverse scenario. I'd go with Mizdow if I was booking it.
