I wonder how much he made for that spot Maybe like 2000-3000 if that Pretty much but the real money in commercials is not from the initial paycheck but from those sweet, sweet residuals. I made $1,100 for filming my first ad...ended up getting an extra $5,000 for the six months it ran...and that was a small commercial compared to a national AutoZone ad. It's a good gig if you can get it. Not a bad cash out for what ultimately was a few hours of work.
