They seem to be signing Joe. Aside from that, get me Bobby Roode and Austin Aries and we're golden.

I believe Roode and Aries are starting to get up there in age by WWE standards but both have had relatively good careers health wise and I think you could still get several years out of both. I could see Austin Aries being similar to Christopher Daniels in terms of looking like he's found the fountain of youth.

I don't need them there forever. Gimme a good couple of Brock Lesnarish years and that works for me.

No particular name I can single out, but would like to see them try signing some women from the joshi leagues for NXT.

Am I a horrible person because I want to see the WWE sign Teddy Hart just because I want to see how fast he gets released? (and for what crazy reason)
Other than that, my entire list is BluePants

Try and deny that you don't want to see another crazy Teddy Hart story. Maybe they'll make him a Ref that likes to do moonsaults to get into position for a 2 count? Or he'll blade when he gets to 8 on a Ten Count.

Active roster? Not to crap on this thread, because everyone picked all the names I'd probably pick too, but I really feel like the amount of talented guys they have already is stellar, but they come off so uninteresting on WWE TV. It makes me have a very, very difficult time imagining any new guys being used in an interesting way.
You bascially need guys like Chuck Taylor or Karl Anderson who can make anything and everything really entertaining just by virtue of thier strange charisma. Taylor could pretty much take any stupid WWE gimmick and make it work, i feel like. And Anderson can run that gamet of being a serious wrestling threat one week and a complete goof the next and still make it work.

I've tried getting into Roderick Strong. He's crisp and clean in the ring. Decent on the mic. But as soon as his match is over, I forget he exists. It's not lack of charisma just a lack of...anything memorable.
On topic, I'd love Ultramantis Black as a bizarre masked manager with weird clients.

Too many to name. However, Adam Cole came to mind first. I think he'd be a perfect fit and could rise quickly in the system.

Jobbers Male and female Wrestling doesn't work well anymore without them I like the idea of bringing back jobbers but I can't see it working in WWE. If they turned their lower card into jobbers, I can't really buy it cause they don't look like jobbers. When I think of jobbers, I think of non-athletic guys who decided to put on terrible 80s looking wrestling gear and step into a ring instead of watch football. Most of the lower card looks too jacked and capable of awesome feats of athleticism to be jobbers. Also, the roster is so big, that there's not really room for everyone to get their squash match in. I think in order for jobbers to really work, we'd need to get back to a full on territory system which I don't think is ever going to happen.

I think that certain talents in NXT should be called up as jobbers. Let them "pay their dues" a bit and earn their pushes rather than coming in at the top of the card and either getting rushed to the title or peaking early:
