Moz is right about Dragon.
You can say that his run was low-profile and mostly was on Velocity, yeah.
But there was no illusions on either side. WWE let a legend realise his dreams to wrestle for them, wrestle at MSG and wrestle at WrestleMania. And then he was gone.
They treated him good, he had a winning record in WWE.

Muta hands down. Ultimo and Liger would have been way to small for WWF, at best wasted in the old Lightheavyweight division, and Chono's always been (at least) a step below Muta.

Great Muta... Would have loved seeing him in a feud with Randy Savage I would have used Savage as Muta's first feud just to get over how truly dangerous he was. I'd probably also put Muta with Hart and Hennig. Perhaps have Muta feud with Perfect over the IC title in 93 before having a Bret/Muta heavyweight title feud.
