The ending rocked except for one minor gripe I had involving money. I think people will pick up on what I mean. The last minute really made the movie for me, too bad I saw it coming a mile away just like a lot of other things that happened. Still better than the first though. What is your gripe about money? That Jay and Bob lent them the money? The money they got from the Bluntman and Chronic movie?

Piss and fart jokes!! What more could I want?!?
Smith critiques everyone elses movies and other directors, when really he doesn't have the credibility to do so. There was one funny bit in Mallrats and that was all.

My main problem is his constant moaning about other directors. That and his movies have all been the same, barr Chasing Amy.

There was one funny bit in Mallrats and that was all. Smith is the first one to point out about his work and the lack of visuals. The camera doesn't need to always be moving...the characters mouths should be. And Mallrats has a zillion funny bits once Brodie & T.S. get together in the basement.

I'm not saying it has to be action packed, I like movies that centre around the two characters. Hell, I watched Before Sunrise with my partner and it's packed with long scenes of the two people talking and i enjoyed it because the dialogue was so good.
His movies just annoy me. The characters get old very fast, especially Jay.

This movie was F ing awesome. The look on Randell's face during the whole "pillow pants" thing was priceless. And I loved the little nods to the 1st one at th end of the movie. BTw I would like to tell Kevin Smith that his wife has some nice hooties! And you know what, I'm feeling bored..... (someone cue the music)
OH! OH! wOULD YOU LUV ME? I'd luv me! ooooo oooooo

Ok, here's a question...what song was Jay listening to when he does that?

The song was, "Goodbye, Horses" by Q Lazzarus. And since I've never seen Silence of the Lambs completely, was it the same song?

Thanks for the info, Kash. Now it's understood why I was left out of the joke when everyone else was laughing. 8(
