I think this was one of the funniest things I've watched.

I still haven't seen it yet, but unless it's the funniest thing in human history I get the feeling I'm gonna be let down by this point.

I know you love Cena Clash...but that ruined the whole thing for you? If you don't like it cool, but I find it hard to believe you love Cena so much that it ruined the other 22 minutes or so he's not in. What else didn't you like? It was a decent little tribute to wrestling, but I'm burnt out on the backlash against Superman characters. It's a buzz kill for me now. I can dig that. ...and granted, while I'm a massive Superman fan and I've heard people say it all the time. I still bristle when people talk about how Superman is boring. My geek rage almost flares up and I wanna be like, "REALLY? He's boring? What about his character is boring? What stories did you find boring? Do you actually think Superman/Clark Kent the character is boring or do you just find the idea of him boring? BECAUSE UNLESS YOU READ THE F***ING COMIC BOOKS AND CAN NAME ME SOME EXAMPLES I'M JUST GOING TO IGNORE YOU AS HARD AS ROBOTICALLY POSSIBLE." Then my passive-aggressive geek rage takes over and I just make a mental note of it for future discussion. I don't know why...I end up just forgetting about it. This post really got away from me....

Finally watched this a few days ago. Its amazing. I'd love to see this become a serie, detailing the storyline surrounding other characters. Imagine one for Undertaker, Hulk Hogan, Stone Cold Steve Austin, The Rock....

Didn't like this video. I get what he was going for, but his portrayal of Cena didn't bother to acknowledge the people who actually do enjoy him and, yes, are over the age of 18. Not to mention he completely missed the point of Superman's character entirely. Landis has done other similar videos, amongst which some are about Superman, why it's a great character, and why Man of Steel completely missed the point about him. Anyway, if Cena was actually booked and written like Superman, I'd be okay with it. The problem with Cena is that he's presented as WWE's resident boy-scout, über good guy à la Superman, but acts like a capricious jerk, nevers defends his friends, makes stupid jokes, and so on. Cena is not Superman, Cena is that arrogant, cocky, immature, leather-jacket wearing Superman clone from Reign of the Supermen.

Ok, so I love this.
Only watched it two times, but I see myself watching it many more.
My one grip with it: It portrays itself as (an admittedly comedic) laying out of the Triple H character as portrayed by WWE, which it's not. It's much more what you might call a meta-analysis.
I mean where in WWE cannon has HHH been portrayed as a coward who forces people to say he's the best, that he's the ultimate ass kicker?
No, in WWE lore, HHH is the ultimate ass kicker, the king of kings. Nowhere has it ever been implied that he's just an insecure jagweed who surrounded himself with cronies to protect and bolster his reputation. Nowhere has it ever been implied that he doesn't belong in the upper echelon of badasses.
Aside from that, a hilarious and beautiful piece.

Back in the McMahon Helmsley Era he was often the cowardly heel who always had back up to help him with any real challenges and cheated to keep his power. This was the era where he nullified Jericho beating him for the WWE title, where he claimed to be a fighting champion and as prove gave a title match to Taka Michinoku (who at the time was low to midcard at best). Granted that era was almost 15 years ago.
