Love the Bret Hart punches. Every holiday, I usually end up giving my brother a few good Bret Hart working punches.

I remember Lance Storm said Dr. Death had the best worked punches of anyone he ever wrestled with. In the same column he also mentioned he'd let Hulk Hogan punch his children lol. Also, after reading the OP I just wanted to say I really agree about Austin. I remember one time he was beating up Bret and the punches looked absolutely ridiculous. He was pummeling Bret but the punches looked like the kind a fun uncle would give his nephew while play fighting and joking around. That was a great feud but I remember those punches really took me out of it for a minute even back then. So good, Storm said guys in the back got mad at Dr. Death until he told them it was just worked, they thought he was just taking liberties.

Triple H. I'm actually surprised I'm the first to mention him. He had amazing punches.
I liked Roddy Piper's too.

X-Pac and RVD have quite awful punches, which is why, in part, I think both guys tend to avoid it, with RVD doing slightly better forearms and X-Pac doing various chops.

Bossman's punches were things of beauty. A lot of the time you'd swear they actually connected.

he only barely qualifies as a wrestler, but Shane MacMahon's phantom punches immediately come to mind.

Road Warrior Hawk and Demolition Ax both had ugly punches... you could see their hands open before they connected.
Barry Darsow and Ric Flair had good punches.

Kane's are awesome. As much as I groan every time I see him currently every time he throws a punch it looks great. I always liked Austin's as well, they were kind of sloppy but I just put it down to his crazy brawling style. I always hated Rock's, yeah they were different but they just looked stupid in my view. Cena's can be pretty bad at times. No one in wrestling has ever thrown an uppercut like Kane. He always perfectly times his slap so it sounds JUST as the uppercut connects. Sensational that something so simple can still get an ooohhhh from the crowd at times. Kane is so good. It's evil how WWE have made me groan when he comes on TV now. Dude's awesome.

I remember Lance Storm said he'd let Hulk Hogan punch his children lol. I maintain that Lance Storm is a jerk & that he likes watching his children get punched by the Hulkster *Sobbing* "Why are you doing this to us Mr Hulk?" "Because your father said I could little girl, Brother!" *Lance just looks on, not showing any emotion, but gives Hogan an approving nod*

Hulk Hogan threw a punch in 2002 that still hasn't landed yet.

I always thought Matt Hardy threw some pretty pretty good looking punches.

Jerry Lawler's always looked good. Even recently when he was in ring active, they were still quality.

Big Show does a good job with his "WMD" finisher.

I was watching Survivor Series '98 earlier.
Sable throws some of the most god awful punches you'll ever see. I mean she wasn't good at anything wrestling-wise really, but her punches were atrocious.

I still think Scott Hall and The Rock have terrible worked punches. You could see how open handed they were.

Was watching some Kerry Von Erich matches on youtube today. Forgot how good his punches are. Very dynamic, he didn't throw them halfheartedly at all like some other guys.
