It's hard to say because we're not really judging Jim Carrey movies. We're judging how well most people rank his movies.
I think over time more people have come to appreciate The Cable Guy as a dark comedy. I'm in this camp. As a teenager who liked Ace Ventura and Dumb and Dumber, I was disappointing by The Cable Guy. When I watched it as an adult, I found it was much better than I realized.

From the list, The Majestic. I love that movie.

The Majestic. I think a lot of people went in with the wrong expectations. Hmm, maybe I will watch it after work tomorrow rather than going crazy on Bloodborne... Ok that wont happen.

From the list, definitely Man On The Moon, but I am surprised that I'm one of the few who likes or has even seen Simon Birch....good coming-of-age movie that I never even heard of until it showed up on a Sunday afternoon on a local station.

The Majestic. I think Man On The Moon gets the respect it deserves, but you never hear anyone singing praises of The Majestic.

At the time probably Cable Guy, but it and the Truman show are now rated pretty high. I will preface it that I haven't watched it in a while and may change wildly from when I last saw it.... But I voted Batman Forever, It's not my favorite of hte original series Batman movies but I liked Carrey's Gorshin style Riddler, how Gotham actually looked and felt more like a city than in the first two movies and even some of the things Schumacher did to lighten the atmosphere... and liked the movie alright (certainly more than Returns and Robin) Though I don't like how they handled Two Face like at all... and I think it would be remembered better if "And Robin" didn't exist. I've never seen the Majestic or knew anyone that saw it though

'Yes Man' was a far better movie than I expected it to be

Pfft, Earth Girls Are Easy can also be considered a Damon Wayans movie, too, but who watched it to see Jim's 3 minutes of screen time? (You watched to see Julie Brown, don't lie.) And also Geena Davis in a tiny bikini, which she looked damn good in.

Where the **** is Once Bitten? Next to Peggy Sue Got Married, in the $.99 bin at the Dollar Store. I do gotta do that co-induction of Once Bitten with Robert Seidelman of Game Show Garbage one day....biggest issue right now is how to format that induction.

Where the **** is Once Bitten? I wanted to ask the same thing. Hokey, light and funny but a safe amount of sex to be friendly and appeal to a larger audience. I liked that movie

I think the standout in "Earth Girls Are Easy" for Jim Carrey was probably when he on the freeway and yelled out "I am one macho son of a bitch!" in his native language.
