Definitely up there. Edge's first and Ziggler's are really all that compare.
And those were the three longest runs with the briefcase funny enough.

Edge's first is still the best ever, followed closely by Ziggler's, followed closely by Rollins'.

Him and Edge are the best, but they're kind of apples and oranges. Edge's was the original and no one saw it coming, and it ended Cena's run of total domination that everyone was tired of. Rollins' wasn't as surprising because a good deal of the fanbase has suggested him cashing in at some point during WM. The result was better for Rollins, being that the stage was bigger and it shook things up. But the shock of Edge cashing in the gimmick for the first time and beating Cena at his most Supermanesque, was more surprising. They were both immensely enjoyable.

Nope. RVD's was better.

It was an amazing cash in but my favorite of all time is Kane over Rey Mysterio. That he did it the night he won it and how Rey sold it made it the best of all time.

Edge's was great and made the briefcase a pretty big damn deal and set the benchmark of cashing it in at any time. However Rollins cash in was masterful booking that fixed the possible mess of the result of Reigns vs. Lesnar great match aside. I would like to give a special joe to both of CM Punks cash ins especially on the second creating a great slow burn heel turn angle

There are, in my view, four truly great one's. Edge's on Cena, Ziggler's on ADR, Punk's on Hardy and Rollins' last night. I went mental for all of them and all were great in different ways. Edge's saved what had been a terrible PPV with a terrible ending to the Chamber match, Ziggler's was heartwarming just for the crowd and the moment although I did sense it coming, Punk's was unexpected and led to an amazing feud with Hardy but I don't think anything surprised me as much as Rollins' last night did. I was sure Reigns was going over, I was sure they'd teased it too much during the build-up to actually do it but most of all I was convinced there wasn't enough time, there was just over 4 minutes left of the show when Rollins' music hit so everything pointed against him cashing in. But he did, and it was beautiful. So for that I think it probably is the best but all four were utterly amazing.

I know there are others that are really great, including last night, but Ziggler's is the one that I like the best. It was a cash-in about more than just shock value or being a "better option" - as a big fan of his, it's got a special place for me.

I still think you have to give it to Edge's first. No one saw that coming.

I'm shocked people say nobody saw it coming when Edge gave an interview during the PPV basically telling us he was cashing in

Shout-out to Sandow. Yes, he lost, but he did get in the greatest line ever in "Rise above this!" before bouncing Cena off the steps.

Its up there. Edge was the best, followed by Rollins, then Ziggler. I do like the RVD and Cena route of announcing ahead of time, though.

I would put Edge's first cash in over it, but I would put Seth's cash in at a close 2nd.

Edge's will probably never be topped IMO. It was so perfect. The reign, not so much. That moment though. While I felt Seth's was more telegraphed, it was well done and the stage can't be denied.

The one that caught me most off guard was Punk's first when he was still a nothing spring boardy babyface and beat Edge. Nothing will ever be more shocking than him winning that title during THAT era.
Rollins gets major points for doing it at Mania, but Edge's original is still the best just because he did it before it became an expected thing.
Here's hoping Rollins is the last one and WWE retires the concept with this. Nothing's going to top that in any event.
