Nobody wants to see the Oilers squander another top pick That's the reason why I want to see it. I'm a sadomasochist Oilers fan who wants to see if Lowe/MacTavish can absolutely ruin a generational player. Plus I get off from f***ing the league! Hell I bet that still is not enough to get rid of them. I'm waiting for Bob Nicholsons internal forensic audit of the Oilers and LOL at the result and consequences. Goodbye random scout, the zamboni driver, and Todd Nelson they'll probably say But shit when fans of other teams groan when over the possibility of Oilers getting a first round draft pick shows what kind of reputation they have.

Islanders beat the Pens 3-1. It all comes down to tomorrow.

I'm not sure who I want to miss the playoffs more. Boston or Pittsburgh. Boston would fire Claude Julian most likely and if Edmonton could get him that be amazing. But on the other hand that's not likely going to happen and seeing the Penguins missing the playoffs and the meltdown would be hilarious. NBC would lose their shit in who to market with Pens and Philly out. Well I guess it would be all about the Blackhawks but yay finally coverage on the western conference

I'm honestly glad Buffalo is getting McEichel as the consolation prize. Like I felt bad they didn't get the 1st round pick last year. But to quote Paul Heyman, "Eichel vs. Lemieux in the 80's my money is on Eichel. Eichel vs. Lindros in the 90's my money is on Eichel. Eichel vs. Crosby in 2005 my money is on Eichel. But unfortunately Eichel vs. my client McDavid it's McDavid. Eichel is the right guy in every other era but is at the wrong place at the wrong time in the era of McDavid."
But seriously Buffalo's center depth next season is looking pretty good with Ennis, Hodgson, Reinhart, McDavid/Eichel, and Latvia's biggest hero Zemgus Girgensons!

I wish the Ottawa game was on at 7 tomorrow. It would have been fun switching between the three games on my center ice package.

You just know the Flyers are gonna lie down for the Sens tomorrow just because it might screw over the Pens.

If Boston makes the playoffs, I might cry. They're just the worst. As a Blues fan, there should be no team I hate more than the Blackhawks.

Not even going to try to recap all of the playoff scenarios today.
But since no one wants it to happen here's what the Penguins need (and what we don't want) The Penguins would clinch a playoff berth if -they defeat the Sabres in any fashion OR -they get one point against the Sabres AND either the Senators lose to the Flyers in regulation or the Bruins fail to defeat the Lightning in regulation or overtime OR -the Bruins lose to the Lightning in any fashion.

Capitals need a win over the Rangers to guarantee home-ice over the Islanders. Right now they're losing 2-0 after 1.
Other game going on right now is Sens/Flyers and the Sens lead that one 1-0.

Jesus Mark Stone needs to be nominated for the Calder. He and Hammond are carrying Sens to a possible playoff spot and this guy just like Alfredson was drafted in the sixth round and he just beat his franchise record for most points by a rookie. Plus he's the oldest looking 22 year old

God, if the Kings lose this game, I'm going to be even angrier than I was on Thursday night.

What Ottawa has done is freaking amazing. On Super Bowl Sunday, they were the 8th worst team in the NHL. Hamburglar gonna Hamburg.

The Bruins need a win (preferably anything other than shootout to avoid tiebreaker mess) and Pittsburgh loss to make it in.
Go Bruins! Go Sabres!
IT COULD HAPPEN!!!
It......it's likely not going to happen.
*cries like little girl*

Buffalo's already clinched 30th. They have nothing to lose and everything to gain.
And they already have beaten the likes of the Kings/Habs/Bolts/Canucks/Senators at home this year, so.... you never know.
If Edmonton can beat the Kings...
