He has his own special microphone with the upside down WWE logo. Only superstar on the roster today with a gimmick of that magnitude.

He has his own special microphone with the upside down WWE logo. Only superstar on the roster today with a gimmick of that magnitude. This really has nothing to do with Miz, but I had the same idea for Matt Hardy when he was talking about 'Mattitude' and was called 'Matt Hardy Version 1.'

He has his own special microphone with the upside down WWE logo. Only superstar on the roster today with a gimmick of that magnitude. He just takes the label cube and flips it upside down, it's not specially made... Taker doesn't like them, he just takes them off and holds the mic.

Miz was the first wrestler I liked when I started watching again in 2010 (Punk quickly supplanted him). So you could say he made me a fan of WWE again after like 8 years. That's an accomplishment, I think.

His feud with Daniel Bryan was excellent and it helped getting Daniel Bryan over right away. Dude is amazing in getting babyfaces over

-Has been given more chances than anyone in WWE history to succeed. -Was given every title in a span of a year, unlimited mic time on multiple shows and was booked to overpower and steamroll over every mid card face at the time, while heel WWE champ Sheamus was booked like a puss. - Had an announcer who talked about Miz all show long, even ignoring matches to put miz over. -Pretty much cribbed everything he did at that time from other people who did it before: That "groundbreaking" promo where Miz walked from backstage to the arena in 2010 - CM Punk did a promo where he walked from the backstage to the arena in 2009. www.youtube.com/watch?v=iBjCnNyPUN4U.S. champ mix calling out Cena, who wasn't there: Jericho did it in WCW Wearing a suit and slow and intense promos: Trunk style and leg guards cribbed from Jericho's wardrobe:

Anyway, I have to say that for me personally, I wish Miz all the best and I mark out for him regardless of how terrible what he's doing is.
More than almost any other guy on the roster, I really feel like he is a fan, a real fan, who is living his dream - and not just living it, but appreciating the living shit out of it EVERY single day. He got to be champion, he got to main event Wrestlemania, he's wrestling legends, he's won titles, he's just generally had the time of his f***ing life these past ten years, and whether the locker room respects him or not, I certainly do.

He's managed to stay employed this long. That's quite an accomplishment. When I think of others who have either come and gone or aren't getting the pushes he gets...it's mind boggling. He's not even that good of a heel. Wow...he says shitty lame insults to the crowd. Anyone can do that and get booed. No talent required.
That's been his whole career. Thanks to thier love for garbage reality tv.

Been a fan of Miz since his reality days all them years ago and who would of thought he make it this far. The guy looks like he has the time of his life every time he steps out to the ring and doesn't take his time for granted. He was one of the stronger booked midcarders a few years ago as was pointed out and that culminated into a championship run. Vince likes him so I assume he has a job as long he wants it

He got Alex Riley huge pops for at least a year after their feud. I came to post "he made the unlikable Alex Riley relevant" and I'll always be a Miz fan. Very underrated in my opinion. If a guy can pull not one, but two people out of obscurity, (even turning Sandow's copying other wrestlers gimmick, which I think was supposed to be a punishment thing, into something meaningful), I think that speaks volumes for his connection with the fans. Stop making him play tough guy and let him play arrogant chickenshit heel. If they let him go full throttle with that he'd get boo's like no one else, the people love to hate him. Plus the man has a great ass.

They put Alex Riley with him and the fans went nuts for Riley when he turned on Miz. They put Sandow with him, and well, it's made Sandow relevant. Miz gets people over, which is one thing a heel is supposed to do. If all it took was saying lame insults a lot of guys would be able to do it, Miz says those insults, doesn't fumble over his words, and most importantly does the little things to get the crowd to boo him. He's also fantastic as a PR guy, so of course WWE will want him to stick around.

"I'd rather you hate me for everything that I am, than love me for something I'm not!" Honestly one of my favourite lines ever uttered in a promo. Good line, but not exactly original or anything.

Aside from Marine 3,soon to be 4 that one Halle Berry movie, and some horror film the title I can't remember just about every other WWE Studios film in the last 6-7 years has been a money loser. Wow. From what I remember The Marine 1 and See No Evil were profitable after they went to DVD as well, which is one of the reasons they went to DVD only.

One of my favorite wrestlers of all time. Always tune in to see what he's doing, regardless of how bad his plot is because the dude always puts everything he has into making someone come out of it likable.
