That's the only promo I've ever seen from him, so I can't say he's the best promo on the scene. But ho-lee shit, that was spine tingling.

Damn dude! That was intense. I didn't think I'd watch all 7 minutes, but it was worth it.

Holy shit. With all due respect to the meat of that promo, and what it meant, how did that dude not make it out of the mid-west?

Well, I've been thinking about delving into AIW, since its homebase is in my backyard.
I just wish I had seen this earlier so I could've gone to the show last night.

Prohibition is one of those weird cases in indy wrestling, I feel.
I remember a time when he was wrestling all over the place. If there was a legitimate show, chances are he was booked on it. He was even getting dark matches in ROH consistently for a while there. He was featured in alot of the lower tier promotions, and he was putting on alot of good matches with alot of the top talent of the indies throughout the last decade.
But it just never really happened for him. He had some buzz, but never quite enough to be seen as one of the TOP guys in the scene. It was bizarre.
He was always a good talent. Always a good promo.
Don't know what happened, really.

Don't know what happened, really. Some people, unfortunately, just don't make it, no matter how talented they actually are. If anything, not making it may have fueled him and helped create all the passion he can conjure up now, because although he seems fine with not making it and only doing it part-time now, he has a strong passion for the business as a whole. I hope one day he can get hired by the WWE as a promo coach for the talent. I definitely feel he would have something to teach the young talents of today on the microphone.

I remember hearing that back in the day. About the Ray Rowe promo: This is the first time in years a promo has made want to buy a show.
