Exactly as the title says, what wrestlers do you feel could have been huge stars, but for whatever reason, didn't make it to where you expected?
I'll nominate Alex Shelley. He's my favorite wrestler and while I'm aware of the time splitters, ten years ago I thought he would be a multi time world champion at this point.

This starts and ends for me with Shane Douglas. But, I will have to say being an mid/upper mid card guy for 8-9 years isn't a bad gig. I just thought ESPECIALLY in late WCW he could have been pushed to the very top.

If he didn't retire to look after his family, Monty Brown would be king of the universe right now.

I heard many say Rob Conway could have been big if given the chance.

I thought that Mr. Kennedy was going to be a huge star. I first saw him in 2003, in a wrestling promotion here in Minnesota called SDW. There were a lot of other wrestlers who became big stars from the SDW, but I thought Ken Anderson (his name in SDW) was going to be the biggest star the promotion made. I was wrong, he did get very over for awhile, but he went from becoming one of the most over wrestlers in the WWE to one of the least liked within a year.

I really thought Ron Waterman was going to be huge in the WWE. Was even excited to see him run in to destroy Spike Dudley in his Raw debut. Then I realized it was some guy named Bryce Lenser or something, I didn't hear what people around me were calling him...

I forgot all about Monty man did TNA drop the ball with him. Then he didn't have much time in WWE before he left to take care of his family. Edit: Geez, I also laughed off the welcome to the board.... Then looked and saw I have been posting on and off here, always lurking for 10 years.

Luke Gallows has personalty out the ass, and can work too. He could have been way bigger than he was in WWE. I'm pretty happy he's in Bullet Club now though.

Bobby Lashley. Despite his overall success, I thought he was going to be the next big star. Being naive I thought they would of had him defeat Cena when Cena was still on the rise but established enough to drop the title. He still has time to become that star, more or less Brock Lesnar lite, but what could of been 10 plus years as a top guy has turned into "wasted" potential.
