Shelton Benjamin should have been bigger in the WWE.

DJ Gabriel had the IT Factor. Dude would've made a great final ECW Champion.

Sean O'Haire John Morrison (although, technically still time) Yep, I'd go with O'Haire, Jindrack & Palumbo, these guys looked like stars, all 6'5+, jacked & moved like Cruiser weights when they first burst onto the scene, obviously doesn't count for much

Matt Morgan. Guy was freaking built, and actually had personality, more than usual when you think about other wrestlers as big as he.

Kaval in WWE. I think kids would have loved him: a small, weird looking guy with a crazy voice who moves like a human buzzsaw.

I knew there was somebody obvious I was forgetting, and there he is. Can't say Vince knew what he had, but Jeff and Dixie kept dropping the ball with this guy after seeing what he could do.

Alot of the ones I'd say were already said. So, I'll go with one many will probably laugh at.
Kizanry.
Dude is charismatic, it even translates to the ring. He was doing good things prior to WWE, and I thought for sure he'd be a Jake Roberts/Mankind style heel for them when he was called up.
Then...like, one match and he was done.
From there, he didn't do much of note outside of his stops in at CHIKARA.
Shame, really.

Bobby Eaton. Was consistently the star of the Midnight Express regardless of who his partner was, was a consistently amazing wrestler all the way into the mid to late 90's. He just needed a mouth piece and a push that actually stuck. Dude had so many start/stop pushes between '85 - '96 it's nuts.

If he didn't retire to look after his family, Monty Brown would be king of the universe right now. No doubt. I remember reports were Vince was high on him, so in addition to his charisma, mic skills, presence, decent ring work, he had Vince in his corner. Dude would have been a World Champion if he didn't retire.

Don Callis/The Jackyl, good look, decent in the ring, great on the mic and a friend of the Harts. According to Callis, the Harts were pushing to get him added to the Hart foundation when he was brought in, sadly management put him with the Truth commission instead then saddled him with getting Kurrgan over, then he had issues with JBL's bullying and the rest is history.

Ring Ka King was built around him, booked by someone who liked solid booking as well as Matt Morgan and he was meh. I think Morgan is one of those guys like Jack Swagger, who has 70-80% of the tools needed to be a big star but what he lacks is a big part of part of the it factor needed to be a true star so what you're left with is a giant Sylvain Grenier

Indeed. Wrestling-wise, I never saw much great about him, but damn, what a talker.
