Do they serve burgers and fries at the White Castle of Fear? If so, are they like, regular White Castle burgers, or were they injected with The Scarecrow's fear toxin, or something??

I'm gonna break the trend and offer a more serious one. If the company hadn't shut down, would Booker T have still been the one to take the title off of Steiner? Remember, Bischoff's plans aimed to build to the May 6th PPV. I don't doubt that WCW would've done something stupid like switch the title on a random Nitro, but Steiner's reign was actually well done(no surprise, since Bischoff was booking a good portion of it) and he was the monster heel Champion on Vader's level, almost. So, let's say Night of Champions doesn't happen. Or it does as a swerve, but Steiner wins. Either way, Steiner still has the belt going into the PPV. Who takes it from him?

Goldberg seems to be my guess. He was the first person who was screwed by the Magnificent Seven, and the only one that never faces him directly. That or Hogan, if they could come to terms. Since he never lost the WCW title, and you could argue that he wasn't even stripped of the title.

I would have guessed Booker still would have gotten the title at the ppv, then would have build up to a match with Goldberg.

Looked like they served the basic medieval fare that one time Sting visited. Roasted pig, meat on a stick, random vegetables.

What was the Wall doing up there, brother?! Only Jeff Jarrett called them the Powers to Be. And he was from the South, so it's to be expected. Nah, Piper and Mean Gene would say Powers To Be, also. It bugged the heck out of me.
