I am a little bit on the shy side, but that just means I have to put more effort into being expressive and communicating with customers and/or coworkers.
You have to spin that question a bit in a way that makes you look good, even when discussing your weaknesses.

What you want to do is say "Penis" and when they go "er, exuse me?" you go "yeah, I guess I just try to take on quite a lot of tasks, it slows down the workload but helps me understand how to prioritise things in a new job" and see if they bring back the fact you said penis, if they don't then you've nailed it.

I usually say that I'm oftentimes too willing to sacrifice my viewpoint in order to avoid rocking the boat and that the way I think problems through tends to be a little odd and messy. Then I say that I'm working on it, which I genuinely am. It's hard to change who you are.
